Marut offered excellent customer service when we couldn’t track our courier item a few days ago. He went the extra mile to contact the courier company and followed up with the consignment updates. It is this personal touch that restored our faith in humanity in this uncertain times.
He is also concerned enough to offer to send out a second batch of the item for free so we do not lose precious waiting time for the item to reach the destination.

Super easy process of sending things across a few states. Items arrived in less than a week! The people at pack and send Blackburn were incredibly helpful.

I was very happy that my fragile artwork arrived in perfect condition within 5 business days to its destination interstate. Staff of PackSend were very informative and listened to my requirements. The courier however did not notify me when my package had been delivered. I only knew because the receiver let me know.
