OZ Karts / Auscarts Racing

I tried to call them to book a race for today, but no one answered my phone calls. I decided to go there with my brother thinking that it wouldn't be a problem. However, it turns out that they don't accept walk-ins, only if you have a booking. How was I supposed to book it, if no one answered my phone call?

The guy in reception didn't even give me a choice or asked me if I wanted to book it later or another day

Brilliant fun for the family. Parents and us adult kids racing like maniacs! Good track, decent safety briefing, friendly staff and all around pretty awesome session!

Awesome place, booked over the phone, no issues even during covid, had lots of fun racing the carts with the family

Great place for exciting activities even for me who scare of speed. The only problem is being in door with fuel can make you feel slightly dizzy if stay for too long.

The place was good The prices have gone up It's a little expensive now but the communication was not good with the team they have given me another guy's car i have played in the name of different person
My friend was not even recognized he was given the kart after the race his result was not even displayed they said we will be getting mail but whats the use its a experience where we want to compare in that place we don't even talk about it now

Returned after many years of absence. Improvement were greatly appreciated. Clean, karts were much quieter! Ventilation much improved, track enhanced, with some banked corners. Very clever track design, modern timing, safety lights and features. Fun

An amazing experience to be in sorta a portion of F1 race. The squeezy seat, helmet and tight harness could be a little claustrophobic (for some people). But doing 40 minutes race completing 50 laps really put our bodies to the test. F1 race is really a test of endurance and focus. After the race, the body and mind felt exhausted. The only issue I had was giddiness due to the exhaust fumes, and not enough air partly due to the surgical mask. All in all, it was a great fun for family and friends. There’s a racer in everyone

Really well organised operation. I felt safe at all times, had great fun. Super fast and amazing statistics throughout the races.a good team building exercise or just with friends. Would definitely do again!

Booking for a group of friends was quick and easy. On the day, had to come very early to complete the registration and safety talk. The track and karts were very well maintained and organised. I'm very impressed.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Early in the race there was yellow light and one of the drivers drove a bit fast but not crazy fast. It was a first timer young driver too. The Marshall stopped the driver and screamed when giving a warning. This is not right. It didn't set the right mood for the rest of the race.
Would come again but please train staff to handle situations correctly and speak in the right way.

Old karts, rushed service and overpriced. Much better options in Melbourne. Avoid at all costs!

Tried to make a booking on the phone. Spoke to someone called Josh who did everything to stop us making a booking. Few friends just want to go racing but they did not want our business.guess we will be goin some where else.

If you're looking for a team bonding experience with a side of adrenaline rush, Auscarts is the place to go. Staff were super friendly, simple registration and payment process, nice foyer/viewing area with a bar whilst you wait. Part of the track has amber lights which can be a little confusing when trying to follow the traffic light system.

A good place to spend some time with friends and family. Very well organised and safety oriented. Good venue for company gathering and team building (although there may be a few fights for white the best racer)

Organised a bucks night for a friend here. Lexi was super helpful in arranging the best time & choice for us. Everyone had a fun time, would definitely do this again.

Well organised and run venue.
The track is complex and challenges drivers which like to push it.
The cars went well performed as expected.

The race was good but i wish the service could be more patient.
We were first time driving and they only put us in carts. Not asking us how the fitting was, we drove uncomfortably. Needed to lean forward to reach pedal and conn.
They obviously pay much more attention to bigger groups.

Had a work event here a few years ago and we all had a blast, good sized track, karts were pretty fast and everything was just right.
