Been to many gokarting facilities, have to say by far this is the worst, if you’re looking to enjoy your time, I highly suggest looking elsewhere! Would not recommend!

Worker was being extremely rude by questioning my last name and also plashed my mate with water with the breathalyser cap.

Had a fantastic afternoon of racing with my family, we all thoroughly enjoyed our time at Auscarts

Great karts and great track for the space they have. Only trouble is naturally making money is their biggest priority and they cram as many people on the track as possible. We’ve been karting for years and I’ve never seen so many karts on such a small track. This lead to constant orange lights (where everyone is slowed down due to collisions etc) and more traffic/collisions than I’ve seen before.
We can appreciate that most people at the track are new to karting and therefore aren’t very good, but even if you had only elite people on track it would be chaos.
Please may I suggest that you lower the capacities as it would be far more enjoyable for all.
TL: DR - too many people on track lead to no smooth driving and a very frustrating experience

Very great place. Close to central Melbourne. Great offers, and for around $60 you get 20 minutes of action high, 55 km/h racing. Guide is easy, track is interesting. Only small downside is that BAC must be 0.00, not 0.1 or 0.05.

It feels terrible to leave such a low rating because we actually had a great time! I made a booking last Saturday for my partner's bday and included catering for the group. I had to pay a 50% deposit when I made the booking and then they made me pay the rest on arrival, which is pretty standard. Right when we finished the race, I was told there was a misunderstanding with the catering and they could only provide 4 pizzas (ONLY 4 pizzas for 13 ppl) and they guaranteed I would receive a refund on Monday. Now it's Friday and I have sent multiple emails with no reply from them. They could have just let me know on arrival they could not provide the rest of the catering and only charge me for what they have. Needless to say I will not be organising another event here and would recommend other ppl to confirm they can provide everything you need before paying.

Very disappointing to be honest went there for my boyfriends birthday and they told us they were running behind.we had booked the 5: 30 which you have to get there at 5pm for but we didn’t start our introduction till 6pm.once we were on the track we were put in a group of 13 other people which was way to many and didn’t realise till the end that they had put us in the next time slotted group and the track is no where near big enough for that many people when complaining about this we did not revive an apology or a valid explanation why they did this.we didn’t even get one full go around the track without us having to stop every 2 mins because someone would crash because of the amount of people on the track

I would not recommend coming here if you want to have an enjoyable experience as our was far from that.

Poorly managed. Safety not considered. Group of hooligans were bumping in other cars and were not excluded from the track, interrupting fun and reducing number of laps creating more than 7 or 8 yellow lights. Staff did not care about it. Disappointing!

Great facilities, good carts and friendly staff. Frustrating watching smaller people fly past you (I’m 120kg and 6’3)
Enjoyed the track. Would definitely come back (with other some heavier friends)

Waste of my time! I waited here for over an hour when I had a booking for a specific time! Would not recommend to anyone very unprofessional

Great place to go karting. Track and karts are well maintained. Safety and instructions are good. Tracks are compacted in a small area leading to too many curves. Not great for people with motion sickness. It was fun, nonetheless.

The karts are fast, and there are plenty of turns to challenge your cornering ability.

We spent $80 per person for a 30 minute session, which was very worthwhile.

This track is good for a moderate to highly experienced driver, but newbies can come and race if they can keep to the left of the track.

Went here for a Bucks over the weekend, booked the track out.we have a great time.they guys were professional and conscious of safety but didn't bang on about it.just good fun!

When to this place with few friends and a booking, the reception was so rude & decided to cancel and go to an other. Never going back again

I enjoyed the kart racing. It was worth it. The staff are amazing. I will go there again with friends to have more challenges.
The only issue is the air ventilation. The fume is annoying when you enter the building, but you get used to it after a while.

WARNING: I wouldn’t recommend this business! I also would not recommend you pay the 50% deposit they ask for because if you’re late for any reason, whether it be traffic on the Westgate Fwy, you have a flat tyre, or something else delays you they will keep your money and won’t do anything to assist you in rebooking for you to come back. They took over $360 of my group and on the email they sent to me said if you are late your track time will be reduced, we didn’t have this option offered to us. I would recommend going to a go kart track where you pay over the counter to use their go karts and track

Awesome place for people new to the sport aswell as experienced racers track is beautiful a side from the turn into pit straight being a bit rough at speed

This was an excellent experience, in a well managed environment where fast driving is totally ok. The safety briefing and protective gear was more than adequate, with nothing left to chance. This is a great opportunity to experience real motor racing with virtually no chance of getting hurt. We had the misfortune to share the track with some teenagers thought that they could have more fun by bumping into others, than merely blatting around the course ad fast as they could. My only complaint would be that these idiots should have been evicted (as was totally justified) as they did not take the warnings that they were given seriously. We lost about fifth of our driving time while the innocent bumping victims' cars were realigned back on the track. Despite being annoyed by the teenage drongos' lack of consideration of others, it was a great experience for all in our group, aged between 13 and 75. We will return!
