Game was really good. But the staff are so rude and no manners. Especially the girl who on duty today between (5-6pm), she is exactly unattended and not welcoming.

I want to report that yesterday's experience as the attention at the reception was very bad.one of the girls was very rude and not friendly at all. Her way of expressing herself was quite hateful

Now that i'm too old to drive on the streets, i love to come here instead to run over the kids. Staff member Viking is a wonderful yet intimidating fella.

Great fun for all ages, our 5 & 7 year olds loved watching the carts & spotting their family whizzing around. Staff are great & really welcoming. Perfect for a few hours of entertainment on a rainy day or for a special occasion.

Good track, good karts, good staff but the entire team felt nausea afterwards. Lack of air flow in the place. Food options available.

Had 21 boys for a birthday here. It was Epic. All the crew and the staff on hand were fantastic and accommodating. Highly recommend A+

Lady behind the counter who said she was a manager is rude and just a generally poor experience, only went there because my friends lived in Altona but I won’t go again.

I couldn’t enjoy, I had to stop after each lap because they put 3 groups at one go… very poor management. This track is not big enough to have 12 people at one time.

Everyone is helpful in the venue, get efficient and fair. Only downside is it's in the middle with not much around, but for what it is, it's perfectly located

Had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the carts were great. They had some go in them, unlike some other places. If there is a complaint it's in the ventilation system, turn it up a bit please. Otherwise had a great time, thoroughly recommend it. Steve

Its actually very simple. Employ more staff.

Small track, way over priced, literally couldn't even race properly because they had to many karts on the track, all the karts where spinning out in traffic which we basically couldn't drive because of the yellow lights. Wouldn't recommend at all

Really fun! Only let down was a bunch of young kids crashing into eachother which slowed us down to yellow light half the time. They really should raise the age up to 16 or even 18 or have under 18 scheduled times.

Why won’t you answer your phone? I’ve been trying to call for the last 3 days, it’s my sons birthday on the weekend and I’ve just got out of jail and won’t to spoil my kids

Auscart was an okay experience. 2 of our group got insane headaches from the fumes inside and ended up vomiting at the premises.during our lap break the staff member brought out bottled water for us at which we all thought it was complimentary.to find at the end they asked us to pay for them. Some more communication would be good oh yeah and ventilation so people don't suffocate.

The staff try to doing they’re jobs to keep people safe and it’s was really impressive for racing especially the first time but I noticed some people just want to have fun and disrespect with the rules so please respect staff and respect the rules for racing as well!

Had an awesome karting experience today! Super fun! Girls loved it. Super covid safe, sanitizer everywhere helmets sanitized and have to wear (new) hair nets provided. Even have foam booster insets for seats for short arses like me! Highly recommended!

Pretty disappointing the karts have been slowed down by between 1-1.5 secs a lap. For a bigger guy at 6"1 and 90kg the loss of power really hurts such that I'm not even competitive any more. You don't really have to brake on any corner now which really takes the fun out of it and any hint of skill. If you're a kid or pretty average maybe you'll still have fun but at this level I've never been more bored driving a kart. Eg. My best time previously was 27.6 now you'll be lucky to get under 29 secs unless you're <60kg.

Awesome fun for our staff party. We had an awesome services from Julz, she was really cheerful, nice and helpful. Would have rated 5 stars but there was a counter girl named Mikaela. Bad services, not helpful, and really rude.
So so so bad.
