Delicious coffee, very quick service despite being packed to the rafters, and the food was absolutely as delicious as it looks!

Absolutely ahhmaaazing experience.
The food was exceptional but the service was beyond exceptional. The wait staff had eye on every little detail and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Food is very instagrammable and coffee is top notch.

Had breakfast here today and absolutely loved it! The service cant be beaten, by all staff who were extremely accommodating and cared that we both enjoyed the food and our overall dining experience. The food was delicious!

Tried this cafe for a very first time tho it’s just right beside of the building where I live. Didn’t disappoint with the service they’re very friendly, easy to approach and they do know very well the menu. It is a cute and tidy little cafe. Tho the food I ordered was a bit bland. But overall, it was a great experience.

Lunch, morning tea and now breakfast today, after a trip to the Epworth and a forced stay, we enjoyed great service and tasty meals with great coffee in this little oasis in Richmond, friendly courteous staff and responsive delivery of meals, very knowledgeable about menu changes.

Nice coffee and tasty granola with panna cota. I wish they didn’t play pop/radio music though:)

Lovely food but a little disorganised. Some of the staff are great but some less so, seating people out of order, bringing coffee after meals (ordered at same time). Large portions

The food here is different. Menu is interesting. They do iced coffee with ice cream which is nice. Great ambiance.

Sat down at out front with my dog on a very dirty table, female waitress comes over with her note pad and asks if I’m eating here for takeaway? I said I’d love to just grab an ice latte to take away please. Waitress says no worries, eye balls the dirty table again and walks inside. At this point I’m thinking okay she hasn’t cleaned it cause I’m take away, whatever. Anyway about 10 mins past maybe even more I don’t know exactly of how much time, but it felt like awhile. A female waitress comes to me again at the table, and asks have I ordered? I said yes I did, I actually ordered a coffee with you now I come to think of it, she’s still eyeballing this filthy table and says, well you need to go inside and order. Where is the customer service? Why didn’t she tell me that at the start? Why is she only saying it now? Why could she not clean a table whether it was takeaway or not? Won’t be back, disappointed, staff need training ASAP. First time going, I live locally and it’s disappointing.

This place is fantastic. Amazing food and food options. We all had different meals and rated 5 out of 5.
Coffee is great along with smoothies. Definitely will be back.
Great small narrow venue, tidy and clean.

The slow cooked beef ribs were the best, so juicy and tender. The meat just melts in your mouth. The pumpkin king with slow pulled cooked pork was less juicy, more like dried meat floss. Nevertheless it still tasted good as the pumpkin croquettes were quite tasty. Had the chilli scramble as well, it was my least favourite out of the 3 dishes we ordered.

I was gobsmacked when I walked into Riche! The exterior may have an unusual appeal, but when you enter you are greeted with grandeur and lux. The espresso I enjoyed was amazing - like chocolate and fudge with a hint of mint. And then there was lunch.despite being 2.30, the kitchen was still open and ready to serve. The dish was called Ribs between the Lips, and I'll leave the rest to your imagination. A brilliant experience. Thank you Riche
