Oscar oscar contacted me regarding this matter and offered to fix it. Dan was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. He did try to make up for all the things that went wrong in the first visit which was nice. I had a new cut with him and he tried to save as much length as he could. I ended up with short hair but it's pretty and chic.

I was so excited to get haircut and treatment after months in lockdown. I took a photo of my favourite style with me to get similar cut. The stylist said it's medium length style with long layers. What did I end up having? Shorter length (which I was ok with that) with extra short layers. The shortest layers hardly reach my neck. It's the worst haircut I've ever had. My hair has no volumes and body due to those extra short layers and styling takes me over an hour to cover that mess up. I hate seeing it in the mirror every morning and have to cut the whole thing off to start fresh. That was my first time visiting Oscar Oscar and Gosh I regret it.

Service is poor and can’t speak to all the stylists, but DO NOT BOOK with Lydia if you want a balayage/have dark hair. You will not end up with what you want and she will badly damage your hair by bleaching it and using a heat lamp on it whilst bleaching.

James did my hair, I was a little disappointed with the colour at first and he fixed it all up for me. Felt like he talked a big game but couldn’t show for it.

Also, the customer service is good, everyone at the salon is kind and respectful. Found them a little on the arrogant side but nevertheless nice enough.

I did haircoloring at oscar and I showed the picture and told them what I want. The end result was different to what I asked, the haircolor doesnt not suit me: (. I Paid around 600$ and the hair color looks horrible on me. I wont suggest Oscar and this is my third visit to their salon.first two visit are for my haircut. Waste of money and time.

I didn't really know what sort of style or cut I was after so he suggested a few different styles, all of which sounded amazing and suited my face shape and overall style! He was so understanding and patient with me. We then settled on one and wow he absolutely blew me away with his technique, knowledge and words of wisdom on how to style my hair! It's honestly the best haircut I have received in my life.

I always know I'm in safe hands with Klara! She's a wonderful colourist, stylist and person. Also a good friend to curly hair - and they are hard to find. Highly recommend her work, even though I really don't want to share her.

Got a Keratin treatment done a couple of months back and had the most fantastic service! Friendly, professional and the work was of the highest quality. Can't wait to come back.

I had my hair highlighted by Nicola and I’m so over the moon with what she did! My hair looks and feels incredible and I’ve gotten so many compliments already on how healthy and natural the colour looks. 10/10 ️

The overall experience is very pleasant.however I did find that my balayage appointment was extremely overpriced at $550 (including hand massage, treatment, colour, hair styling). I'm not sure if it was an option to exclude the massage but I feel like it's always an automatic cost to the overall appointment each time. Unfortunately I will go elsewhere from now on as the price is not worth the end result (even though the location is super convenient).

I got my hair done a month ago and I had such a good experience and I'm still loving my hair. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and Michelle did such an amazing job!

Completely dissappointed with the service provided. I went there for a keratin treatment to fix my curly and frizzy hair. Before getting an appointment with them, we had a chat on what i really want as a result on doing this 4 hour keratin treatment. They promised me on getting the result and said this would be a life changing moment.
It was smooth and straight on that day and the next day after the treatment. But on taking the first hair wash after 2 days, everything went back to the previous situation. My hair went back to the previos frizzy texture withoit even showing a 50% change. After spending around 550$, i felt like really cheated and sad. I went back to them the next day and explained the situation, but there reply was really unexpected. Now they are saying all the problem is with my hair and they are trying to state that they are now not rezponsible for what happened to hair, even after the 3rd day of treatment.
When i consulted other proffessional hair salons, all are saying the problem is with treatment procedure.
After spending this lot money, no one is expecting a result like this. Even they should try to resolve the issue when i went back to them again on expaining the bad result i got. After all my money and time which was spent for this ended up as a total waste.
As a proffessional bussiness, they should always provide somemore responsibilty for the money they charge. Everyone spent money to get good results at the end.
