Orrong Compounding Pharmacy

My girlfriend told me to try these guys and I must say they have an amazing range of goods, toys and general pharmacy products.

Very helpful staff didn't catch her name sorry but she was lovely and did a great job helping me pick a foundation and nice wrapping too!

Pharmacist Elise was super knowledgeable and took time out of compounding to help us. Really reasonably priced compounding too, cheaper and better quality than the last place we were going! Will definitely be back and tell my friends. Thank you! Oh and their Vitamin C serum is AAAHHmazing!

Got served by a wonderful young lady pharmacist the other day - she is a brunette - wish I could remember her name! She was super helpful and went out of her way to inform me on other ways I can treat my condition. Everyone that serves me in there is very lovely and helpful.

Service & product offering is outstanding. Save for being fobbed off by the diet consultant in regard to my enquirers concerning their Reshape Program. To say I felt like an unwanted potential customer for said program would be an understatement! Very disappointing & out of character with their communication culture.

Very knowledgable staff and a fabulous range of supplements. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and have always found them to be professional and helpful. They also have a rage of beautiful gifts and cards. Highly recommended.

What a lovely experience and how nice it is it in our Big City to receive some lovely Old Fashion Service. It is so refreshing to see Pharmacists going out of their way trying to help me and explain the Medications. I will defiantly make this my local. Keep up the good work! Xx

This has been my go to pharmacy for over 10 years even after I moved away from the area! I always get genuine advice and the staff take the time to talk through options if needed which always puts me at ease. Thank you for the wonderful reliable service

It wouldn't cost you anything to smile!
I was at this pharmacy this morning. The pharmacist was fine but the shop assistant, an older woman, was really quite unfriendly. It wasn't anything she said but she did not smile and her words were curt and inpatient. The boss needs to have a serious word with her!

Very impressed by the service last night at the orrong pharmacy although it was past closing time both the pharmacist and the assistant were very helpful and patient with me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I’m not the one to write reviews but when I read these horrible reviews I thought I should offer my opinion. I am sick of online trolls who so quickly jump to bully businesses without doing what should be done and ask to speak to the owner or manager about your grievance. Give the business owner the opportunity to right what went wrong you feel has occurred, don’t be a coward and write bad things. John the owner of the pharmacy is the nicest gentleman you’d ever meet!

The short grey haired lady whose name Is Deb has always gone above and beyond for mee. She’s researched and ordered in any and all random products I’ve asked for and even kept them in stock for me so I didn’t have to wait. The only time I ever seen anything was when she told a customer she’d be happy to serve them once they were off the phone. But hey I agree with her on that one! The new generation are just abominable with their manners! How can you expect good customer service when you are on the phone? !

I became a customer of Orrong Pharmacy for my compounded items. They were cheaper than the place I was going and the first time I got my product it looked completely different to what I always had. When I queried the chemist she politely took the time to explain why it looks so different and how they had formulated it in a stabilised base. It turns out my previous pharmacy had been making it incorrectly. And no I didn’t give a bad review to them. I simply informed the other pharmacy of their mistake and after that I have stayed with Orrong pharmacy.

 All the products I have had compounded have been of excellent quality and value. The chemists Melinda, Alise, Luan, Seeka and John have all taken the time with me of various occasions to explain what things are, check them against other medications I take, show me how to use them and provide me with information on the product. The few high priced pricate prescriptions I get are either the same as Chemist warehouse or a few dollars more but I really don’t mind since the service is exceptional.

Thank you team at Orrong for taking such good care of me for the last few years! Come on loyal customers let’s rally against the trolls!

Horrendous, avoid at all costs! Rude assistant and pharmacist. It's the closest to me and I've tried a couple of times but after this last extremely rude experience, never again! Definitely removing list, unsubscribe for ever!

Poor service. Rude woman behind the counter with short, white hair. Makes you think that if they hate customer service so much, don't work there.

The pharmacist in charge is the rudest person I have ever met & treats customers like second last citizons. Orrong pharmacy used to be a very helpful with great service. I have been getting many medications from there for 17 years & didn't mind paying more because their staff were sensational. I will no longer use their services again which is sad: (
