Had a good dinner with the vegetarian set menu. Mai was our waitress and she was great! Excellent banter:) Even though she thought my name was Dave.

3.5 out of 5 - decent without being great. More modern and expensive style of yum cha. Pork buns and calamari were nice. Some dim sum were bland. Nice venue and reasonable service.

Reasonable yum cha but seems to try a little hard and charge a little too much. Ok to try once but not your regular go to for weekly dim sum

Food fantastic. Service impeccable. Mai (our waitress) fed us, watered us, made us laugh and then kicked us out foe staying too long.:)

Amazing meal and service. The chinese broccoli was the best I've ever tried. Nicholas was an outstanding waiter and conversationalist - give this man a raise.

I’m not usually a dumpling fan so was looking at other options on the menu, but as we were all sharing I tried a selection of dumplings as well, I’m glad I did! They were tasty, fresh and well presented. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great, and although they were very busy it was possible to have a decent conversation without the need to yell above other diners. Although I was too full for dessert, I wish I had one, so don’t overlook the desserts they are amazing!

Absolutely delicious. The prawn wontons were a highlight and the smoked crispy skin chicken was unlike anything I’ve ever had. Will be back again soon.

This place has a fantastic menu. I really liked how some of the menu options had both traditional and modern twists to Chinese food. It really allowed the opportunity to stick to something great and familiar, but also have a chance to try something new and exciting. The tea selection is absolutely fabulous. As someone who really loves tea, I really enjoy the wide range of options with many different flavours and exclusive types of tea.

This is my little hideaway when I visit Melbourne, a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea. I suggest to everyone that they try the dessert dumplings, AMAZING.
Not only to relax, but a great place for lunch or dinner. Everything is delicious.
Not to mention the staff, everyone is so friendly, happy to help and give suggestions. The atmosphere is made perfect by their hard work.
Go here if you haven't already!

Loved the food and menu, which was definitely 4 star, but even though between 5 of us we ordered a stack of dishes between us, the portions were so unreasonably small even by tapas standards that we left the place lighter of pocket yet I for one remained very hungry and immediately went in search of a filling dinner. I think that if people are going to spend money on eating out, they shouldn't leave hungry

“Stunning Presentation”
Look as good as it tastes? Deep fried tofu is excellent, but Sesami Balls is a bit hard and chewy. Besides Refresh tea and Dumplings, we all enjoyed.

Was just looking for a nice cup of tea and to relax. Waiter picked it a tea which I thoroughly enjoyed. Sat comfortably and relaxed as I needed

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Melbourne. Service is excellent. Food is fresh, inspired and immaculately presented. We ordered the Spring roles to start with followed by a bowl of fried rice. The Spring roles were definitely the hightlight; hot, crunchy and full of falvour. The rice, perhaps not as spectacular or well seasoned was still good but perhaps not the best in Melbourne. Would deffinitely visit again.

Very classy tea house with modern design. 5 stars just for the fried rice alone, it was so delicious. Prices are very affordable as well.

A few friends and I decided to make reservations at this place due to the glowing reviews. We were pretty excited to try out the food and check out this place. We punctually arrived at our reserved time and was shown to our table next to the kitchen. We sat down and perused through the menu, called over the waiter who appeared to be attentive as he ‘registered’ our orders. We then ordered our cocktails as we wait for the arrival of our food.

25 minutes tick by.then 35 minutes.then 45 minutes. 50 minutes.

It has been more than an hour at this point and there has not been any sign of our food coming. We then called the waiter over to ask for an ETA, only to be told there was no record of our order. We were confused because the waiter clearly took our order prior to ordering our cocktails, with the waiter even reciting back to us what we had ordered to confirm.

The place wasn’t even busy (8.30pm), as there were empty tables around us. Surely the team would have seen something was amiss.we had confronted the staff with the waiter denying he even took our order at all.

Extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism here. Definitely will not try this place again.

Great food at really affordable prices. Staff are lovely and accommodating, and always happy to help. Heaps of vegetarian options available as well, which is fantastic to see.

Jasmine green tea was delightful, though priced like a cafe not a traditional yum cha, but it is a tea house after all. Set menu was superb, cuisine-level dumplings and dim sum presented with care I’ve never had for this kind of dining. Service was a touch unpolished, but minor issue.
