Initial consultation was great. Found the cause and the plan of treatment fitted in with my busy work schedule!

I have had Joe work on my shoulders, elbows, biceps, back and knees. He always does a great job and after a few sessions I am right again. The staff at Optimum are welcoming and polite. The clinic itself is bright, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment.

Phenomenal service and second to none customer service. Saw my 8 year old son after hours on the eve of xmas eve to avoid the fracture clinic. (Which was not actually needed after all) Cannot recommend more highly.

From the moment the phone was answered by the cheeriest Rhonda (I hope I got her name right) I knew I had found the place who would look after me. I needed an appointment asap and was in luck due to a cancellation!
I saw Joe who not only had magic hands, he is a super nice guy as well! I felt very comfortable. I had given birth to twins 5 days prior so I was feeling fragile and had the most painful back which was stopping me from feeding and nursing my girls. Even yawning hurt me to point of wanting to cry.
After 30 mins with Joe, I've had no pain at all when nursing the girls which means I have been able to hold them for so much longer.
I totally recommend Joe to anyone who needs body pain relief. He also sent me away with exercises to help me keep the pain away.
