Optimum Physiotherapy Clinic

Have been going here monthly for a chronic, incurable condition for a couple of years. Seen multiple physios here (while my regular therapist has been on holidays). All very knowledgeable and skilled. Obvious that they all care about their patients. Joe Moran, principal therapist, has a very broad knowledge base. Both my teenagers have needed physio recently for vastly different issues and I have been very confident requesting their referrals be made to Optimum as I know that there will be a therapist here that will perfectly meet their needs. Have even recommend them to my step-father for post-op care.

Have been dealing with a bad shoulder for 15+ years after an accident. Had many treatments since then will short term results.
I first saw the team at Optimum Physio before Christmas and we worked out an actual plan for long term recovery.
I am now totally pain free and have almost full mobility!

I went to see Joe after having an operation on my knee, but he didn't just stop there - he took the time to listen to all of my concerns and complaints. I mentioned a pain that I was experiencing between my legs, and he immediately recognized it as pudendal neuralgia. He provided me with a comprehensive treatment plan and exercises to alleviate the pain, and it has made a world of difference.

But that's not all - I also mentioned a pain that I was experiencing in my arm, and he quickly identified it as a rotator cuff injury. He provided me with targeted exercises and stretches to help heal the injury, and I'm happy to say that my arm is feeling better than ever.

Throughout the entire process, Joe was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to explain each step of the treatment plan to me and answered all of my questions. He truly cares about his patients and is dedicated to helping them achieve their goals.

Optimum physio provide excellent and professional therapy. They do home visits to my mother who has had 2 strokes and she finds it difficult to get out. She looks forward to the physio visits and they are very caring towards her. They always go above and beyond in their service provision. I'm very grateful of their support and care for my mother and this also assists her in being able to stay in her home safely.

I was very impressed with the comprehensiveness of my initial consolation with Asta at Optimum Physiotherapy Clinic. Asta took the time to interview me about the injury I had, my pain levels and my overall health. Then she appraised the impact the injury was having on my movement, flexibility and pain level.

These strategies ultimately led the creation of a long-term management plan and I left the appointment knowing what exercises would assist my recovery and a realistic understanding of how long the recovery would take.
