I have been treated at optimum physiotherapy since i injured both feet quite badly in 2020. Francesco has been incredible. Not only did he get me back on my feet together we corrected my whole stance, my rotation and I've not had any sprains or further injuries to my feet. I continue to go to maintain my body as i feel that is very important to keeping me active, happy and pain free. I very highly recommend Optimum physio and would not go any where else. That make me feel welcome and i know they work hard to help everyone they see

The whole team at Optimum Physiotherapy is amazing. This starts with reception as soon as you walk in or call up, they are friendly and really care about the clients. The Physio's give the clients achievable exercises with achievable outcomes to manage their injury or pain. Would highly recommend seeing anyone here for treatment. And let's not forget their group pilates classes. Anyone looking for a way back to feeling strong in their body should attend these.

I would like to share my overall experience with Joe and team. Had an emergency family situation and receptionist understood the urgency and arranged next day appointment with Joe. He is the most thorough physio I have ever seen. Picked up what could have been wrong with my family member and arranged for an urgent Xray and follow up surgery. I have been seeing the team at Optimum Physiotherapy for about 2 years now. Over the last 2 years I have always been treated with the upmost respect, compassion and kindness. All of the Physios are highly qualified, knowledgeable and incredibly intelligent. I was referred to Joe and the team by my doctor for chronic pain that went undiagnosed for 1 year. Within about 10 minutes into my initial consultation with Joe, he had a diagnosis for me. I was so surprised and elated to finally have an answer.
