My favourite dinner replacement - while Oporto is pricier than the average fast food joint, the food is fresher and healthier, and much more fulfilling. My personal favourite is the Oprego burger meal. Staff is always friendly and wait times aren't too bad.

Disappointed. I have to drive more than half an hour from my place as this is the nearest oporto to me. This outlet used to be good but its totally changed from last few weeks. I dont have problms with the trainees but leaving the trainees all by themselves to deal with the customers on counter is not good for both. Secondly even after repeating it for several times to add extra chilli sauce in the wraps, there was none in them. Bondi rappa which is supposed to be hot had no chilli sauce in it.
They charge extra to replace a vegan patty with a veggie patty.
Really disspointed.and the staff behaves rudely if you point out any of their mistake.

The burger was nice but they drenched the burger with to much chilli sauce as a result it was to wet and it was painful to eat.

Really unhappy with our experience yesterday. We drove half an hour as it's the nearest Oporto and the lettuce wasn't fresh and was the Bondi barely had any sauce in it. We have got Oporto from here so many times and it has been so good/worth the drive but yesterday, everything all of the burgers and wraps were so disappointing. I tried to call the store to let them know when I got home but they don't answer the phone.

Order served late and totally messed up each item on my order (Despite of repeating my order and confirmed with waitress 3 times). Taste was bad and it was undercooked.

My partner and I come in for a late night feed and was greeted with kind staff member's. Food was serviced hot and fresh and also very fast, very delicious satisfying for a late night feed.

We ordered Bondi Burgers but instead of large burger buns, we were given small buns but have paid for the Bondi burgers. We were just handed burgers with small buns and then told they don't have the bondi burger buns.
We ordered two sauce. One of the hot sauce was full of oil.
We were dining in, but were not given any tray.
It was our first time at Oporto but not happy with the service.

Pathetic customer service
Ordered a BONDI burger and it was actually cold! When i explained and request to warm that up the girl said YEAH BECAUSE YOU ORDERED 15 MINS AGO THATS WHY! While it wasn’t even 2 mins I received my order.
Bad behaviour

Manager of Oproto i order in the past no issues
Today Order threw menu log OK was fresh but someone does like there job i understand get busy but pay back like that no nice at all order number 372 they drown it of sauce couldn't eat the wrap was soggy because of the sauce worse meal so far and all you taste rusty sauce that i running on my top

I ordered 4 meals via Menulog for the family. I got one meal which was not even one of the meals I had ordered. I had to ring Menulog, get a credit for the order. One hour after I made the order, I am back to base one. I need to reorder meals which I will definitely not be doing from Oportos. Please check your orders properly Oportos.

Grilled chicken was good but the fries were not cooked properly. Better go to the Broadmeadows outlet or to Melbourne central

Ordered food here, received food with a missing fillet in the burger, called and was told I would receive a refund if I emailed the store, did this and didn't not receive a reply, we reviewed the store and received a message from a owner/manager of the business with a number to call. Calling the number I was told they had received my email and I would receive a refund, they would respond to the email asap, this was a week after the email, it has now been over two weeks since then and I have not heard anything, the business has my email and phone number and acknowledged the issue and refund, disappointed in management for not following up.

Update from response:
Thank you to the owner for responding quickly, I respect that, yes I do have your number and yes I could have followed it up with you directly and yes you apologised a number of times, I am quit ok with that and thank you for that, that is on me for not calling, I am happy to wear that, however, I feel a follow up from the business side is always better as I work in retail. The order was made on Menulog and paid through PayPal, I have triple checked all my banking accounts and history with no refund found, I am not worried about a full refund as I did receive an order, i am only disappointed as it wasn't a good day when this happened, however that is not on you, thank you, I can respect your responses but following up my email in the first place would have been easier: (

You know what I have had better chicken burgers, but in saying that still a fantastic burger, and you get great bang for your buck. Sssoooo underrated.

Ordered our dinner from here last Friday. My partner ordered the Bondi Strip box and requested removal of chili sauce, add bacon and avocado. He got the bacon and avocado, however the chicken fillet was removed and the chili sauce was put in. He called up and they said we would get the burger refunded. Still no refund even after evidence was emailed - not impressed.

UPDATE: My partner called the day of the reply to my original review and was told to email them and then they would respond asking for banking details to arrange the refund. He emailed them and they confirmed they received the email. He still has not had a reply to arrange a refund.

Tha names of dishes.a bit confusing.expl.bifana in Portuguese means.lean beaf on tha plate.you's is chicken.tha staff could be more friendly.ps. I'm Portuguese from Porto.

Good quality food. Been their couple of times. No issues.
Staff can be more friendly and polite. Other than that everything is ok.

Love coming here, love the way they cook the chicken and the staff is so nice, the restaurant is clean service fast too even in drive thru. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family, I've also mentioned it to my work colleagues, they even went there for lunch they loved it so much too. So hats to you Oporto in Roxburgh Park. %

There were food items missing from the bag. The food was cold and the chips were soggy and not tasty. Wouldn’t recommend and never buying again.

The patato fries were soggy and cold and one of our wraps were not delivered to us. It was overall not good and would not order it again.

I have never been to a worse Oporto store. The speaker box not working and no sign to say otherwise. When mentioned at the window the response was laughter followed by 'it just happened'. The drive thru is also full of rubbish to the point where a cardboard box got stuck under my car. I was then handed burnt tenders along with not 'have a good day' but 'here! ' by the young man serving with no name badge. Also no napkins and no extra salt like I was asked. I won't be returning.
