Oporto Roxburgh Park

I was hesitant to post this comment but just for improvement the restaurant service as well as serve the community. This restaurant provides delicious meals but unfortunately I had a very bad service experience and it wasn’t my first time, just for respecting the personal privacy I won’t mention the staff member’s name.

So I go through drive thru as a convenience and turns out card payment not working sit there for 15 mins till they can't figure it out then I give cash turns out they got no change another 10 minutes finally got my order go home its missing items and no drink.

Honestly i dont leave reviews no matter how bad the place is but today i recieved my take away meal like dog food was given to me with no care to quality what so ever chips tasted disgusting and dry and alot of my meal was missing no bread or dips my chicken was like some left over piece shame on you never expected this from you guys

After Ubereats failed to deliver my order from Oporto Roxburgh Park tonight, I went through drive-thru to re-order my meal.

Even though it was 10: 45pm, the customer service when ordering was friendly and helpful. At the window the staff were polite and professional.

My order was correct, hot and delicious!

I will definitely be returning to this store and I am impressed with the wonderful staff who were working tonight.

My husband and I had the best meal today we decided we will go every hot day to have their chicken and fetta salads it was very refreshing

I went there for dinner with my family and I was so surprised from there customer service. Girl at the front was so rude and have no customer service. We waited 5 mins just to place an order and she was just ignoring us and pretending as she didn’t even notice us on the service desk.
Another girl was really busy on applying lipstick while standing in kitchen. They provide a such a ridiculous service to the customers. Feeling sorry for the owner.

Spent almost $80 on food that was absolute garbage. Everything was below acceptable. But the worst thing was the "customer service" during pickup. No greeting or be with you soon, no friendly communication, i might as well have been invisible until being handed the order with little care. Its clear The management of this franchise has no clue of what is expected in this industry, because its clear im not the only one having a bad overall experience. Never again will i spend money here.

I just went here to have lunch. I was told that it wasn't allowed. They didn't know why and they didn't give me any reasons why I couldn't dine in. Which is ridiculous, especially after all of this time in lockdown you run for your fast food joint to enjoy the food there.

Good food. Takes a little time for order preparation but that's understandable as they have a small kitchen which is visible to everyone.

Really cold food (burgers and chicken) they don't even bother to put the chicken on the grill (it's like boiled chicken with sauce) and zero customer service, please also train the kids how to talk and deal with customers, really shocking, never going back, owner should be there to supervise the kids

Drive thru is amazingly fast. I got four burger meals and 2 whole chickens in less than 5 minutes. Everything fresh.

Super slow place. They just prioritize the drive through. Staff who are packing food and dealing with customer dont wear mask. I cant believe that this is happening with over 1500 cases. It makes sense that the place was closed after it had seven COVID cases linked to it. Good luck dont catching the virus when order food here.

Great food but very long wait. Fast food is supposed to be fast. Until they can improve the speed it's nit worth it waiting that long.

None of the staff member was wearing face masks. I ordered a burger and I showed the staff member a worm coming out from lettuce and the manager boy said that’s natural in lettuce.what a ridiculous staff behavior. I would never ever recommend anyone.shame on you

Very bad service, the workers there do not know what to do. After 20 minutes waiting I asked about my order. Then with they said will start doing it now as they don't care. Not recommended

Great burgers with reasonable prices.most burger and wraps come with GRILLED patties rather than UNHEALTHY FRIED PATTIES. So I would prefer to go here. Oporto is wayyy better than McDonald's and Hungry Jack's in terms of healthier options. Oporto at the same time offers great taste as well. Highly Recommended

Worst experience here!
As me and my family walk in trying to order our food! The girl in the counter rudely asking us to decide as I was asking my dad which he does not speak English! As she was rushing the order she got it wrong!
After ordering the girl goes like we don’t have chicken for an other 40mins rudely again!
We seat on a table full of rubbish and empty plates!
That’s same girl cleans up other tables around and she keeps our table dirty!
She brings the food including chicken less then 10mints!
My dad asks for Pepsi nicely with a smile as he doesn’t speak English and says bebsi please rudely replies back what is babsi and when I asked her for Cola shoe made me repeat more then once I had to leave the place for the amount of disrespect I got there! Such shame because I’m a regular customer!

Ordered today my favourite churros, was so disappointed as it's mixed with cooked blue gloves particles in it.

Oporto roxbouragh park is a rip off. I was told the chicken patty was smaller of 2 piece, which the kid was correct when informing me, therfore not the size of a double Bondi burger buns, the 2 piece was aquivelant to 1 piece of chicken patty. I paid for a double Bondi for a single Bondi if that makes sense and got ripped off, I relised but I let it slide because I had to already go back in once because I had another issue with the order and couldn't be bothered. The young boy who sounded flamboyant, who works there should properly get trained to provide the correct orders to customers. Its a form of stealing when knowingly given wrong orders.

Terrible. Understandably busy but a chicken place having a 25 minute wait for chicken is kind of crazy. Seems like there was no planning for the peak times.
