I've been coming here for lunch or dinner for many years, the staff has always been super nice and friendly.

There's one older lady who works there that has been especially memorable, I always hope she's working as she has a great attitude.

Terrible food, as if it was older than the woman managing the place and the woman herself was absolutely disgustingly rude. If oporto has any respect for their customers such as me, youd fire that woman. Not to mention the way she talks to her staff. Absolutely appalling, vile and unacceptable.

This is my "Go to place" at Marion. Quick, simple and efficient. Great staff and the food is just to die for. I highly recommend it.

Food was fresh and great.
$12 meal deal was good with some popcorn chicken, small chips and small Bondi burger.
Ordered another Bondi burger as well.

Oil in chilli sauce was way too much hence ruining the experience of a fresh burger.

Pretty good I reckon, for what it is and the price. Got some cheeky spice in there and the chicken burger tastes pretty nice. Chips are fine too. Can get take away from here and eat it at one of the high tables in the food court. Probs better option than most of the other stuff in there.

Let's be honest, this place is average at best, and with so many quality burger places in the city if you actively seek out this establishment for their board of fare there are probably other things in your life you are also doing wrong.

1/2 chicken box 2 sides with pita & garlic dip always is my favorite. Today morning I come to Melbourne central Oporto, the meal very hight quality, chicken and pita very good so I give five stars a rating.

Great fast food joint, with lovely burgers and fries.
For sure up there as one of the better places to get a quick bite.
Staff were wonderful, super polite and nice.
The good is great and comes out fast and freshly made to order.

BEST Oporto In MELBOURNE! Older lady who works there rocks! As does everyone but mostly her! Food is exceptional and service is always next level! I’m totally in love with this place!

Really enjoyed my Bondi Triple chicken burger and the friendly Subcontinent lady was a pleasure to deal with. Some other staff can be rather stone-faced but considering the great taste and flavoursome sauces I definitely would recommend Oporto over other fast food outlets. Worth the price and you don't have to spend a long time waiting in queue either!

Service is usually pretty fast even on a busy day, food is good and quality is consistent. If you've been to Oporto before you know what you're getting here.

I had very bad experiences as I got chicken piece in corn which is vegetarian.
When I complained to manager he says oh because of new staff

This is a horrible place, bad customer service and terrible treatment, when i made an order they gave me the wrong food and promised to give me the right one later, they were spiteful and rude and does not wants to give me the right one later, the manager was especially rude i will never come back ever again. You need better humans for a better business.

Whenever I dine here, the food is always fresh and delicious. Efficient during super busy lunch periods and the staff and managers are always friendly and helpful.

I travel a lot around Australia and Melbourne central is by far the best! Great staff, great food and unbelievably quick service.

Food was expensive $16 dollars for a 1/4 a chicken a Bondi burger and large chips which were the size of the one dollar ones from kfc.

Group of the lads came around, great service for all of us and the food was awesome, get around it

Would be ok if the fridge worked, pointless paying for food if you're going to have to go somewhere else anyway for a drink that is actually cold.
