Oporto

Chicken was okaaaaay. Pita yeah i mean it was edible; however, the spicy rice was burnt at first and they exchanged it for me, but when I tried it it wasn’t really properly cooked ️ disappointing… I didn’t say a thing cuz I’m too embarrassed as I don’t want ppl to thing im being exaggerated… anyways, I don’t think I’ll be coming back here

Very disappointed - I was being served by a young male worker who was being very lovely and a female co worker of his was telling him to “hurry up” in a very belittling tone. He wasn’t doing anything wrong and it made me uncomfortable how rude she was to him. He was about to hand over my bag of food and she snatched it and put it in front of him in a passive aggressive way. I feel very sorry for the male worker and hope he gets some type of apology and that the female worker can be trained better on customer service and also work on her team working skills.

Had the double bondi burger and the feta and chicken salad. The burger had a nice flavour but because of the wrapping it makes the burger very mushy very quickly, also since it's very hot be careful not to burn yourself. The salad was decent, both are enough to fill you up for lunch.

Tried the half chicken original recipe with two sides. Salad with feta and mandarin. Roasted corn off the cob. Came with pita bread and dip. Chicken was plump, larger than the competitors. It was a little dry and next time I will try the spicy. What was disappointing was the takeaway box. The salads and chicken were just placed in a cardboard box. That made them difficult to eat. Better to place the salads in containers.

Their $10 Bondi Burger Meal Deal is an absolute joke. The burger is so tiny you can't see it with a magnifying glass. Staff are trained to call you in and force you to buy it even though you are just passing by and looking at their menu from a distance.

Pretty average stuff, the most annoying bit is their boxed/combo meal. For any decent choice hou have to pay extra, why bother even having it then?

I’ve been to this Fast Food Outlet a Number of Times to get some chips and It’s So Hard to Choose Which Size Chips I would Like as There is 2 different sizes Single and Share so I think the sizes should be changed to Regular, Large and Extra Large so there should be 3 Different Sizes (because there is a small cup on the counter too)
Don’t go here unless you need to

I just love oporto vegetarian burgers, my favourite ones. But last night may be the staff was in hurry as that was their closing time, my vegetarian burger was not like the oporto burgers usually are, that was but dry.

Had an absolutely fantastic meal today!
The staff were incredibly kind and it really felt like they cared about my order and making my day better.
The fresh & hot chicken mixed with the cool tastes of the salads made for a very memorable lunch.
It's so nice especially in these times to be able to have somewhere to eat and feel like you are going to be taken care of as a customer and person.
Definitely my favourite Oporto out of all the ones I've been to!

Amazing customer service today somewhere between 3-4pm in the Melbourne Central store. I think her name was Xila- apologies if I got that wrong, but she was so lovely and definitely brightened our day! Whilst we were there we also saw her deal very considerately with a rude customer. Food was also great.

Best ever pulled chicken salad and wrap! Everything was fresh and delicious. Nobody does it like them. Glad to see that nothing has changed, recommend for a healthy lunch.

I just wanted to leave a compliment based on service, I was served by I believe Jakob. I never expect any good customer service when ordering fast food, but was pleasantly surprised by how polite, quick and efficient Jakob was. Sometimes it’s the small things, like great service, that can make someone’s day.

Received the best service from the hijabi girl. She’s so friendly and polite and the food was amazing as always. This Oporto never disappoints!

Enjoyed the meal here. I had a pulled chicken bowl and Portuguese Grilled chicken. They were delicious and would buy them sometimes soon.

Very unfortunate and inconsiderate on behalf of the manager of the store who sent across an empty burger (literally two pieces of bun with chilli sauce in it). Upon calling the heartless lady without an inch of empathy or remote customer service in mind said it was due to door dash order app limitations (which I assume could well be the case). The confidence with which she approached the conversation was commendable and literally ice cold. Well done and good luck selling burgers with that attitude.

It's a nice little fast food place where you can grab a quick bite. The flavour is unique and tasty.

When compared other fast food chain patties, Oporto patty is super good. Further chicken wings is not to be missed. Good customer service and fast delivery

Cancelled delivery order 10min before it was due to arrive, saying “unable to fulfil” despite ordering 24hours in advance. Not good enough that’s just poor service.
