Oporto

Both times I've been here, I have been served and greeted so well.so unexpected by fast food chain, and it never stood out to me before. So I wanted to leave the compliment and say the customer service at this particular store is probably one of the best for a fast food chain. The counter was also clean, food came out quickly for me too. I think you guys are doing great!

What the hell was that? The burger bun disintegrated in my hands as I tried to bite into it. How old is your bread? Chips were also completely tasteless. Come on Oporto Melb central - step it up please. That's $21 wasted on nothing.

The older lady that is the manager is SO rude to her staff and its really disgusting. Nice to customers but awful to her staff. Both times i’ve been here all I hear is her being horrible to her staff - very off putting.

Food was freashly cooked, I got the half Chicekn box with chips and spicy rice, got extremo Basting but is quite mild for me, but the food was still very nice.

Food and chips were decent but would’ve have been way better if served warm and not like it had come out the fridge, others that ordered after me were served way before me.

My girlfriend ordered vegge-burger and she is pure vegetarian and in our culture it is totally unacceptable and she got the chicken burger and the person who was serving he the food he even knew that he did the mistake and even though managers knew that and when i go to talk them they literally told that they knew it and just said sorry and i am not faking i do have the proof never ever come and if u come always check I don’t want other people to disrespect any of there culture or religion.

I have tried this kind of food somewhere else but this one was so tasty and cooked well with all enough souse. I got one cheesy fried potato which was one of the best fried I have tasted in this town.

First time trying oporto grabbed some regular chips and the chicken rappa.chips had a nice subtle seasoning to them nothing extreme, they were pleasant but not amazing.wrap was alright too, fresh and juicy but also a bit bland, could have been a bit tastier although to be fair i just got mayo in it because im picky with sauce.overall most likely wouldn’t go again but food is good value for money however was just average to me personally

I’ve become a regular since moving to Melbourne. The staff here are always friendly and the food tasty& fresh. My go to is the double bondi burger or the half chicken box meal

I ate the oprego burger and almost exploded. Chips aight, that fresh DC never disappoints…. Churros aight Guzman has better tbh. My arteries are clogged and my insulin is non responsive at this point. I’m seing sounds and hearing colours. My stummy hurt too…

Service is good maybe the food could be a bit more due to the amount of money we pay to eat here, but for the most of it the customer service is good and the food is great.

The older women who runs this store is mental. The way I’ve continually heard her treat her staff when just walking through the food court isn’t good enough, let alone when I was waiting for my food and she was discussing medical problems of one of her employees in front of another staff member and the public waiting for their food.
The meals are always good but she is not.

Bondi Burger with pineapple was great. Thank you to the lovely girl (lady) (might be the owner) who was a treat to deal with. She reminds me of my dear sister who was a wonderful soul.

Love their burgers, Halloumi or Oprego are my favorites, the service is excellent and staff are quite friendly. Highly enjoyable experience.

Ignorant staff. I stood at the front of the store (before closing) infront of 3 staff members, did not get greeted once all avoiding my direction, just for me to walk up and ask if they were open just to get told they were closed.

Pretty average stuff, the most annoying bit is their boxed/combo meal. For any decent choice you have to pay extra, why bother even having it then?

So I came here with my friends on Saturday and had a not so great experience.chips were cold and the wraps weren’t amazing so I left a review on their website. The manager called me within half an hour of leaving the review to hear what was wrong with my order. The manager then took what I said and has now changed it to be better. I went today and everything was a lot better and it tasted amazing! Good food place with great management! Definitely will be coming back.

Can the elderly lady be nice to her staff. Was annoying to see how she speaks to the staff there

I got told to move out of the line when I was just about to order my food. Completely rude and unbelievably impolite

While all the other restaurants on the floor close at 6 for some reason, Oporto to the rescue. Clean, fresh and delicious. It was freezing cold. Enjoyed biting into a warm burger with steam coming out of it.
