It took an hour for a food to arrive. Arrived cold and hard. While waiting to order 2 tables left with family because they got sick of waiting. Staff wasn't friendly.

The only cafe I have ever been too where they don’t offer eggs on toast on its own (it only comes with bacon and cannot be replaced with something else) So even if you are vego as myself, and ask for no bacon, you will still be charged. Also being charged extra for scrambled eggs. Absolutely ridiculous and obviously their only concern is making money. Terrible customer service, no one seems like they want to be there. Food is ok but portion sizes are pretty small.

The chips were cold, stale and completely undercooked. No joke these were the worst chips I have ever had in my entire life. My toddler choked on one of the chips and vomited. Our smoothies were nice but the egg in my burger was barely cooked. All in all I do not reccomend this cafe and I will never order from here again. It is also extremely overpriced for the quantity (and quality) of what you get. Avoid the hassle and dissapointment of this business if you want to enjoy your day?

Great service with super friendly staff and the food is delicious, it’s my go to coffee and brunch cafe.

Poor customer service: I found a big piece of sharp plastic in my food. The waitress offer me a free meal which was a good customer service. But when we paid the bill, we discover that we had to pay the meal and they only removed a coffee. The boss didn't apologize for the piece of plastic in my food (I can understand) or for deciding to let us pay for the meal (which is really poor). Really unhappy with that customer service.

Nonetheless, food was tasty even if the barbecue Benedict is a small portion compare to the other breakfast plates.

Coffee amazing, food absolutely delicious, full table service, great portion sizing and wonderful staff that are very accommodating, especially with a playroom to keep my little one entertained while I enjoy a much needed coffee.

$20 for a small hot chocolate and a wrap that didn't touch the sides. Even if it was the last place left to eat for 100km, I would drive straight past. Absolutely ridiculous pricing!

First and last time here. My carer and I came here a few weeks back she recommended this place as I'm originally from Melbourne. I ordered a bowl of wedges and a bottle of Pepsi Max I order this regularly down in Melbourne with reasonable price I still can't work out how did my two items $20.20 are you telling me my bowl of wedges and Pepsi Max was $10 each?

Fresh fast and good eats, people need to stop complaining about prices, read the menu, read the pricing, its 2022, had a quick eat on the way through with a work colleague, table staff and counter staff really friendly and smiley,

Ordered on the phone and worked out a total of $60.70 for my order from their prices. Partner picked up and charged $85.08. Phoned and asked why and was told prices have gone up. Menu needs updating as the food was never in a million years worth that much. Was charged $5 extra per meal for literally 2 button mushrooms each chopped in half.
And a $7.50 surcharge

Great coffee, lots of GF options for us coeliacs, great food and friendly service. Highly recommend!

The coffee is the best at the Leopold shopping centre and their pulled pork is pretty damn good

Great quick service, food was nice, but please make sure you put all ingredients on menu, i am dairy intolerent, had standard Scrambled eggs please let people know you put cream or milk in them.so sick.

First time used. Bit of a bill shock when Bill came to $61.00 for two taco meals and two cups of tea. When I asked about price I was told about a surcharge on Sundays. Seems strange for a major shopping centre. Meal was good and service was good.

Great coffee, friendly staff and place to catch up with mates for a chat on a Saturday morning.
