Our first time at Okami Hoppers Crossing. We got a seniors discount even though it was a busy Saturday. The food was beautifully prepared and very efficiently served. I had sworn never to go to All you can eat places, but this is VERY different! Not greasy, full of flavour, hats off to the wonderful wait staff!

I tried Okami franchise in other place. But this place is the best! Taste and service, everything is perfect!

All you can eat.best ever! So yummy. Staff are very efficient. Food comes at random times, not all together, but it works better that way I think.

As a vegetarian Okami Hoppers Crossing has always been extremely accommodating! Vegetarian sushi roll platters have been supplied as well as the many other vegetarian friendly dishes on the menu. Staff are very friendly and the price ($39) for two hours of all you can eat food that is good quality is pretty decent. The desserts are also such a lovely finish to the meal. I would recommend booking I'm advance because it can get pretty busy on weekends.

I seriously don’t understand how this restaurant get 5 stars review. Save yourself some time and never come here. We booked for a two people table, no one told us that there are food that only 4 people can order but not us. This is a total scam not gonna lie, how is it even called a buffet? I pay 40 dollars per person for such a small menu and such a small portion. Not to tell the unequal treatment. This is so not worth it.

$40 a head and all the Japanese food you want? I highly recommend the dim sims and the sushi. They really took care of us here.

A couple of items hit our table we didn't order but definitely worth the money. So happy to know there is a closer Okami than the Greensborough one!

Japanese buffet. Food are good. Fast service. Black sesame seed icecream are really good. Not much sushi variety though. And we mainly want the sashimi but we had to order the whole plater of sushi. Photos are for 2 people serves. Order whenever you want. I think it was 2 -2.5 hours seating which is really plenty of time to try everything.

Good okay, rude customer service from a man with glasses. Upon entry asked asked for a booth. All booths empty - only to be told booths not in use today. Okay, that’s fine, got seated at a table where we were touching the next table literally as if we were part of the date next to us. We had to physically drag our table away from the party of two next to us. Buffet, was good. At the end you can have vanilla ice cream 35ml. We had two and when we asked for another one we were told only one per customer. Really! Would it have killed your profit tonight to please your customer and just give one more. Geez Louise! Not coming back Jack!

I never thought I go to Japanese
Resturant but it change me for ever.
I even learn how to use chops sticks.

A place when you can try most of sorts of Japanese food.
Cooking really delicious and abundant.

We went to Okami Hoppers crossing last night, We’re amazed by the fresh food and very friendly staffs! My parents don't normally like the restaurant food due to the health issues, they love the food there, so many options and choices! Thank you so much! We are so lucky to have the Okami near home!

Place was very busy but prefer the one in Footscray as service much better when coming to ordering. Possibly need more staff to wait tables. The dishes were fine. Needed more space quite squashed in for a table of five designed for 4. Place was clean. Had an enjoyable evening. Will go back to the Footscray one though as food standards higher.

Been here a few times now and have never been disappointed. Great variety of dishes, friendly staff and you never wait long for an order. Definitely worth the money for an all you can eat. This place is must!

Very standard tasting for the price. Pork katsu was dry and salty. Miso soup was bland. Salad barely had any dressing. Unfortunately missed the mark.

What a difference 4 months makes. Won't be going back. We went in as a family of 12 to celebrate our grandaughters birthday, and instead of sitting together on 1 table we were put on 2 adjacent tables. We then ordered, which the first part of the order came out relatively quickly, then it was downhill for half the family.   1 half of the family kept getting their food, but the other half,   with the kids, had a 45 minute wait before the 2nd part of the first order came through and was able to eat again, and the 3rd part came through right at the end of service.   Really? We waited 2 hours for steamed vegies, karate and Katsu from the first order? We were told it was last order, and we advised the staff that we were still waiting on previous order.   They brought it all together in one pile, asked us to finalise payment, then told us to hurry up and finish because they needed the tables set up for next service. We ended up leaving angry and leaving food because of them rushing us out the door. Didn't appreciate having food dropped on me, and the table, then leaving the dropped food where it landed on the table.   Didn't appreciate the harassment to hurry up due to the service being so slow and forgetting part of the orders. Didn't appreciate paying for 12 people to eat there to be treated like crap.   Kids went to kfc afterwards.

Checked us for double vaxxed, staff were courteous and polite, and food was fresh, love this style of all you can eat, food made fresh and straight from the kitchen.
