Okami (Chelsea Heights) - Japanese All You Can Eat

Absolutely fabulous
Food is lovely, the hot food we ordered was bought to our table hot, not warm like other restaurants. The cold food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is buzzing. The staff are all lovely, helpful and efficient. Do yourself a favour make a booking.

This review is for the Chelsea Heights Okami.
My husband and I frequently eat at Okami in different suburbs and this is my far our favourite. Prompt and friendly service make this place a pleasure to dine in.

Amazing! Have visited this venue on multiple occassions and each time we go, somehow it just get better each time! The staff are amazing and always making sure that we have everything we need. Super fast service and friendly staff every time! Keep up the amazing work, cant wait to come back for more!

The best food and sensational service. The price is also reasonable. I'll be back again.

Stay away from Chelsea Heights. Terrible service unlike Hampton. Few dishes never got served. Manager's excuse was - I have people in training. So why do you charge full price while not providing service. Will never go there again.

Food at Okami is usually pretty good and fresh. They know their a la carte recipes really well. However dining in at this location isn't the most pleasant experience only from the fact the interior has inadequate acoustics for how packed the restaurant gets, you end up shouting at the people at your table. Really gets in the way of having a good time. Wish they would invest in sound proofing the ceiling.

Clean restaurant with booths and tables available depending on size of patronage. The food is fresh and flavoursome. I had my doubts with a flat fee for all you can eat however, trepidation waned after my experience and I look forward to returning.

A variety of great dishes and good value at $40. Make sure you order the sushi plate and green tea ice cream.

Beautiful high quality food with professional service. The second dinner session starts at 7: 45 and was not as busy as the first session. Food was on our table within ten minutes of ordering!

The food here is incredible and the service is so fast & fantastic.
Jason was our waiter and he went above and beyond for every table we watched & he did it with personality and care. When we left we asked for his name & he asked for ours so he could know for next time. What amazing service.

Heard of the restaurant many times, but experienced it the first time last night, found the food very tasty service was prompt staff were wonderful. Actually really enjoyed it.

Food was awesome but waited a while for each lot of food and small portions to come out for 8 people

For the price you can't go wrong - the food is fresh and tasty. Service is quick and friendly. Our kids love it and always suggest going here when we say we are eating out, so its become a regular spot for our family

The booking experience however, best of luck if you ever need to change anything the restaurants phone line may aswell not exist it's never answered, same with the email system. The booking/management team are ridiculously hard to reach!

Come here often. Can't fault the food, always good. But the service last night was horrendous! Half hour passed before our order was taken, and that was because I had to flag a waiter down. Other customers well into eating before we even got our drinks.very disappointing!
