Okami (Bendigo) - Japanese All You Can Eat

It was a great place for a feed. Fantastic food. Speedy service. Great wait staff. I couldn't recommend it more.

Genuine value for money, with quality dishes that have some unique Japanese ingredients. Not a fine dining experience but good quality for a great price.

Nice food, can sometimes be a wait to order when it gets really busy.

Outstanding Very friendly owners, tasty food and excellent waiting staff. Very popular so make sure you book or if you miss the two sittings, try their Takeaway which is as good as dine in. Highly recommend and Bendigo is lucky to have them ️

Bad service and rude attitude when we ordering, there was so many Okami, not only this one in the whole world, but this one is the worst service I have ever had until now and I have visited so many Okami in Australia.

Had a lovely meal today everything was very fresh, hot on the plate and fast service thanks for a great experience!

Poor service. It was 3rd time we back to have dinning in for my husband birthday. Once I asked the birthday cake to the front girl try to help me to put the candles and accessories but the one of a waitress (I'm sure she is the supervisor) grab the birthday cake said to me with not good manner. She said bring your cake and go away from here because we are busy. What? That was 5 minutes before we finish and very less customer at that moment. This is the first time I've been treated very impolite. Please be consider to treat your customer very patiently and nicely.

Delicious meal. Friendly service and so much choice. Will be back again for another visit soon.

All You Can Eat for 1.5 hour (Min two). Senior and kids are cheaper.
They have two sessions 5.30pm or 7.30pm
Food are ordered from menu and not pick your own from counter.
You need to order the entree first, then afterwards main and then dessert.
Booking is highly recommended as they are busy usually.
Quality of food is good. As everyone is ordering at around the same time, you can expect service will be slow and it may take some time for the server to come to you.
Price is very reasonable.

Excellent quick service. All well prepared and most food delicious. However, need finger bowl with whole prawns. Lacking sauces for many dishes which is a pity as the sauce takes it to the next level. Unfortunately the tempura, although delightfully crisp, totally lacked seasoning and a sauce making it flavourless. Don't order that and the rest is excellent.

Bad experience poor customer service, The staff taking orders are very impolite, rude and not welcoming. Foods are slow to come and she insist on taking one order only at a time for a group of 6 people which they said are enough for all of us which is definitely not as its only very few pieces of meat the we have to wait again for a long time to order another one. This is the worst Okami in the whole Melbourne area. Definitely will
not be coming back here again

Fine in house dining. Food was enjoyable. Tried to cancel some of our seats at table and no response then they tried to charge us for extra food. Will not hurry back here. Poor PR business!

It was amazing, took my mother tonight for her birthday for the first time and she absolutely loved it. Food is amazing and staff are super friendly.

Enjoyed the food, service was good, the over all experience was a little rushed and more fast food feel. Drinks well priced. Unable to pay with combination of cash & card is just rediculous in today's world. Would be ideal for large group of friends except not being able to split bills. As an experience it was good, would I go back? Not sure.

I have encountered the rudest and most unprofessional staff in this place. I called to move a booking for another date but I was told that they couldn't find my booking. I was brushed off abruptly and before I could request the change in date for my booking, she hung up. I called again and requested for a manager instead and again the lady hung up the phone. I called twice and they never picked up (maybe because of caller ID). I used another phone and lo and behold, she picked up. I requested for a manager and she passed it on to Jack. He was equally rude and abrupt as well and he said that he has a restaurant filled with 100 people, hence the rush. Really disappointed with this experience and no matter how good the reviews are with the food, this kind of attitude towards their customers is not something that I will support.

I personally don't like too many of the foods but the service was great and everyone else I was with loves it even the multiple kids

Food was amazing and fast. For a party of 8 and a high chair it was a tight fit.
