Best Japanese food we had. Not only excellent customer service and friendly staff but delious food. Every dish was made to perfection with local fresh produce and balanced with spices. We had the All you can eat and left with very full happy tummies. The mocktail Summer Sunset was an amazing drink. Very refreshing and tasty. Relaxed atmosphere. We are really happy with the restaurant and look forward to coming back.

Been to Okami 4 times already this year worth the $$$ with all you can eat. The quality is good with the price the wait was a little long sometimes. But over all never disappointed and good choice to have dinner with brunch of friends

Had my first Okami experience and have to say it was a bountiful delight!
The food was very fresh and top quality… the service was very good except the original wait to be seated, and the atmosphere was really enjoyable.

Foods average, nothing special, service is next to hopeless. Atmospbere.influenced by the poor service. Waited forever for drinks, water never arrived.slow as a wet week. Accross the road is much better.

Place were very understaffed but I appreciate the staff trying their best. You can see them flustered and working hard on the floor so kudos. Food was average abit disappointing but I guess it matches the price point. Thanks for the service

Got here at 7: 10pm and we were told to wait for 5 minutes. We ended up getting the table at 7: 40ish where there were plenty of tables available. Doesn’t make sense.

Service was terrible. They were understaffed but it can’t justify the bad and rude service. We were ignored the whole time, and when we asked again about a table we were quickly told to just wait despite the amount of clean vacant tables.

We only got the “all you can eat menu” as if there wasn’t any ala carte option. And once we sat down we felt very uncomfortable and found it hard to look at the menu because the staff were yelling at eachother and banging all the furniture around as they set it all up again. At this point we decided to leave and will probably not come back.

The food is getting increasingly worse, and you can see the cost cutting through the lack of quality in the food (frozen shu mai and frozen taiyaki were particularly bad). The staff are great though, and completely run off their feet. I hope they’re being properly remunerated!

As a super duper fussy eater I cannot recommend giving this Japanese restaurant a go! There was so so many new things I tried that I normally wouldn’t and loved! The vegetable gyozas were delicious! And the fried rice was the best I’ve had yet. The steamed veggies were done perfectly. Chicken Karaage was nice and crunchy on the outside, definitely want to make this at home! I could have eaten 20 of the grilled chicken wings the marinade was to die for! I could go on and on but what a terrific experience! 100/10

Always delicious. All you can eat is well worth it. The food is there when you need it and you can sample all kinds of Japanese inspired food. The sushi and sashimi is nice and fresh, the beef is super tender.

Food was good, service a little slow and with a party of 5 will not spit bill at all which is silly and makes thing unnecessarily difficult

My brother treated myself and my parents to an all-you-can-eat meal here, and it was absolutely delicious!
The staff were very accommodating. We ordered 1 of everything but they strategically brought out only a couple of dishes at a time, and continually cleared the table so we always had space. I was amazed, especially as the restaurant was fully booked!
It was a bit pricey, although the quality of the food and service was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner

Last night my friend and I booked a table for our 21st dinner treat, thinking we'll leave wishing we hadn't eaten so much. We were wrong. We had been charged for the 2 hour all you can eat when we didn't get a chance to order or receive a lot of our food. In the 2 hour dining experience we had got our first 2 dishes within 1/2 hr, food was delicious don't get me wrong, but for our second order we had to wait over 3/4 an hour to receive only one thing. Then we had to wait over another 1/2 hour for something we didn't even order, when we let staff know, they re-ordered our previous order. More time passes and we get asked if we would like our last order, we said we still had food coming from our last. By the time the 2 hours was up, we had only got one other thing from our second order, all the tables around us got plates and plates of food, even dessert and we left still hungry. Not to even mention being seated in front of the door and being greeted with freezing outdoor air every 2 minutes and having to shift away from people trying to exit to give way, and also being so close to people that we had to shift for them too. We did let staff know when we went to pay, but was still charged for the "all you can eat". Reading other reviews I can see this has happened more than once. We left disappointed from a dinner that turned out to be a 2 hour snack.

Ordered take away online for 6pm pick up.
Order wasn't ready until 7pm. Very disappointed.
Used to love this place to dine in, will have to try somewhere else in the future.

Decent meals for all you can eat Japanese. Have been several times and will continue to go back until the quality changes. Good serving sizes and decent atmosphere. The take away collection area can restrict the entrance sometimes.

Disgraceful show of discrimination against several of us. We had booked in advance, however, some of our family had to sit at a separate table as Okami’s failed to set the tables up accordingly. A couple of the beef dishes were tough and over cooked. Maybe they were having a very bad night, but it was enough for us not to go back. Very disappointed.

Perfectly fine. Go hungry, go all you can eat and get a big selection. Bound to be something good.

Food was great but the service was inconsistent. A waitress told me they didn't have hot tea, which is strange but then the table next to us got tea. They don't do just sashimi, so you have to order a sashimi and nigiri set. It's also RNG what piece you get. We went as 2 people so we don't always get what we want. The rolls are sometimes vegetarian as well. I can imagine they just make a big patch of things and grab whatever to go out. I've never been to an all you can eat with an element of RNG before. I was super disappointed. I wanted more salmon sashimi and nigiri but that comes with a risk of all these random things I don't want.
