Had a great experience here! Everything was very fresh and tasty. Just the typical items on a Japanese restaurant menu but it was all done well. Will return!

Very popular so it must be enjoyed by many people. For me, the food was not good Japanese cuisine but there was lots of it.

Food was pretty good and fresh, would have given 5 stars but the sushi rice was a little undercooked which was a little off putting.

How good is this place only been open for 3 weeks have been 3 times and will keep going back love the food and the service is above and beyond just a great place.

Terrible. You order from what you see in the pictures on the menu and then they bring out a reduced portion of that. Sushi and sashimi is of below standard. Extremely overpriced for what you get.
Go to Izumi in Caroline springs instead, bigger menu, better quality, better value for money.
Won’t be back!

The organization at the restaurant is very dissapointing. Once we ordered 3 meals with 3 drinks it took roughly 15 minutes for one of the meals to arrive. About 20 minutes later and after one person finished their meal, we inquired about the other 2 meals. To be told " Sorry, the order didn't come to the kitchen, we will do it now" is a little appalling. How can one order out of 3 make it into the kitchen? A bit sad, considering how local we live and this could have become a regular place to visit.
Food ended up being nice.but the service was dissapointing.

Great food, great prices. We were seated in a corner so was a little forgotten about when wanting to order but the lovely waitresses apologised and were fantastic.

I went there a few times with my family. The waitresses are super friendly. They are very patient and sweet to the kids. The dishes are nicely presented and delicious. Love love the seaweed salad, cannot have enough. The environment makes me feel relaxed and love the songs! Will definitely go back with friends.

Went there last Sunday with family. It was absolutely packed. It took so long to get food (more than 30 min). One of the female waitresses was upset every time she was at our table and one time she threw the teaspoons to our table. So unprofessional. Service was so slow I had to get water bottles by myself from the front.

Staff were so unprofessional when they accidentally gave the birthday cake we brought, to a different birthday table. It’s alright that they they made the mistake and were trying to fix it. However they made no apologies. Instead they decide to gossip to other workmates what happened and laugh right in front of me. It’s not on. Furthermore they sat us outside on tressle tables [THINK ABOUT THE CUTRENT SMOKEY AIR QUALITY OUTSIDE AT THE MOMENT] because they overbooked the place and did not tell us upon making our booking. Rather they decide to try and inform us 1 hour before the set booking to confirm with us about this arrangement and expecting us to be Available to answer, thinking that it is a courteous amount of time to confirm with us (Despite the booking being made 2 weeks prior and them having already known that the restaurant would be full inside). We then proceeded to wait more than an hour waiting for them to set up the tables despite them knowing that our large group size were to be arriving. We waited an extra 15 minutes just to get menus despite asking multiple times. Lastly they didn’t even let us order what we wanted and how much we wanted despite the huge inconvenience and time wasted.

Service was a little slow, and we didn't receive all our orders even when we asked, but food was very nice
