51My experience eating here was great, good service and value for money Can't recommend them enough! Staffs were very polite and friendly!
This was not my first visit to this restaurant, actually we had recommended this place to family and friends, but last night we took friends, a party of four and was very disappointed in the service.
We had a long wait to order our first dishes, then had to wave down the staff to reorder and even clear dishes from the table, cutlery was dirty and then confusion around our bill!
Monday night…. Restaurant was not busy and seemed to be plenty of staff.
Food was tasty as always!
Food is good, it’s just ruined by the terrible service, waited 20+ minutes just to get served while the table beside us received 4 plates. We were completely ignored by staff when we flagged them down. I am absolutely disgusted by the service we got and will never be going back again.
If you are asked to sit in the corner, REFUSE AS YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED
Today I came to restaurant have dinner with my family. Everything is fine until after 7: 20 pm. The staff were not accept me to order more and explain the kitchen is close for the next customer.bla bla. Yup, I do understand about that cuz before I was working in F&B. But about 7: 25 or something after dont accept my order. I saw the staff make order for someone at the back restaurant? The 2 big platters of sushi and some things I think is chicken come to their table in 7: 32? Unfair for me and my family. Im so disappointed and will not come again. I think the staff is break the rule cuz of something. But anyway Im unhappy about that
Stingy. It says all you can eat but they restrict you, tell you it’s too much and try to reduce your order. I tried to order two fried rice - one for my self and one for my friend and they got one plate of fried rice and just scooped it on to another plate (obvious from the grease marks on the side of the plates). Not sure the point of that because we ordered another one and annoying because we had to wait. Don’t think they should call themselves “all you can eat” would not recommend. Small portions. Have to keep ordering and waiting - I think to wait out the seating time so you don’t get too much food. 1 star

Took my family here for the first time at a Japanese All You Can Eat.
Everything that came out was super delicious and super quick (Dined at 5pm and wasn't at full capacity)
The wait staff were able to balance taking our extra orders while clearing plates from other tables.
However, portion for the meat servings for 5 people was smaller than I expected. You can see from the photos it's half salad and half meat. I'd visited the Caulfield location with a party of 4 and they'd served a much more generous size in comparison to Caroline Springs.
Overall it was good and we would come back again:)
A reasonable and affordable for all you can eat. However, the service could be improved by keeping track of orders that haven't been filled. Understandably, Sunday evening can be busy, but imagine asking four times to check on an order that hasn't been fulfilled. When we check in with them, they place a new order to the kitchen rather than finding the root cause of the problem. Also, my partner has IBS, and we asked for a gluten-free Nigiri option; one of the staff members told us that wasn't an option, but a gluten-free option was mentioned next to that dish on the menu. He is a regular customer, and he knows what he can have from the menu. This is my first visit, and I found that the service is ehhhh.
Really enjoyed the experience. Unlike traditional all you can eat. You keep ordering off the menu and they bring out the food. Speed it comes out is really quick. Staff are friendly. Really good food.
We went to the resturant almost at 7pm, sit down and ordered for twice, around 7: 15pm, we’ve been told it’s going to be our last order, seriously, you gotta be kidding me. We try to tell the staff that we just sat down, but seems like they just don’t care. By 7: 30pm, the staff just gave us the bill and want us to leave. Very unsatisfied. We will not go back to this resturant again and we will let all our friends aware of this.
Similar to other sushie places, The food is ok. The Teryaki Chicken Don is little bit overpriced and tasted the same as other places.
I had a takeaway order from here. The food was okay, nothing too spectacular. I myself had a chicken katsu with curry on the side and i found that the chicken was not fresh, very dry and hard. I have to say, the pricing lists for the food are way too expensive for my liking with only 5 dishes coming to nearly $100, and was extremely disappointing when staff had forgot a curry sauce for my order. Besides the food and the forgotten sauce, customer experience was the worst both over phone and in person! When coming to pick up my order, there was not a warm welcoming and one of the female staff at the front desk was extremely rude and blunt, with no nice manners! I will definitely not be returning here as the food is too average for the price and the customer service of staff, make me feel put off about coming back. Not my cup of tea!
Highly recommended, great service, very lovely staff, have two young kids and the staff we talking and playing with them, I have a child with a speech issue and the staff stood there and payed attention to him whilst he was talking to them, lovely food would go every night if I could
Not sure if it is the restaurant or perhaps the uber, but was cold soggy and terrible, the rice was rock hard Nd almost stale, looked like quality food and had great reviews so could have just been a one off.

I'd highly recommend to anyone who is craving this that and everything Japanese.
The food is perfected, backed up by prompt friendly service, which makes it all the better to revisit, without hesitation =)
The service is soo much better at this location then any of the others, especially footscray. They also give you bigger portions if you ask! Food is delicious.
Very disappointed, very unpleasant dinner with bad food. We tried to order take away and turned out chicken in katsu don is burnt and the rice is way too dried. Salmon Bento is so bland, salmon is over cooked with tiny.tiny amount of teriyaki sauce on it. California rolls are without avocado and the sushi rice is too hard and keeps falling apart.
Food is delicious and fresh ,the service is amazing and attentive ,everyone is welcoming and excellent atmosphere.
Booked a table for 2 and was immediately greeted by very friendly and cheerful staff. The dining experience was awesome thanks to Bernadette and Karen who have been attentive and quick to deliver our orders. The food served, specially the prawns were fresh and sweet).
Their ice cream are to die for!
Sashimi very fresh, great value! Beef carpaccio is perfect with red wine! And miso steak super tander.
Really liked the menu, good selection nice service. Family friendly. I plan on becoming a regular. Make sure you make booking as they can get busy.
