Service is exceptionally fast, and there is a fair amount of vegan/vegetarian options. Delicious food.

Absolutely delicious, great variety all you can eat and wonderful service. Definitely will be returning.

Great food but not all tables & food served with equal importance. Asked 3 times for a dish and ended up leaving without it being served. Clean restaurant. Note local parking restrictions are shorter than the dining time.

All you can eat. Can be a little slow with orders depenind on how busy, and orders can be forgotten too. Might be nice to update the ordering to use tablets or something

Amazing food, quick service and always a nice night out once you get going. Great to have one in my area! I’ve been to 3 different ones now and they have been consistent across all three. Great value for the price

Place was 80%full with a large group for a birthday. Unfortunately the dishes came out were not for our table. They were others, this occurred six times in the 60 minutes we at the restaurant. We had to ask a number of times for the dishes that we did order.
This could prove a big issue if someone is allergic to a dish dosent notice the dish dropped at the table isnt for them and has an allergic reaction.
They need to be a bit more organised on delivering dishes to the tables considering the restaurant wasn't full.

Decent menu options and food is okay but it doesn’t compare when you have actually travelled to Japan and tasted the food over there. Food is not as fresh.

Seating is uncomfortable and overcrowded (we went around dinner time) and the tables are too small.

The baby seat was a bit dirty and the straps didn’t seem to work the way they should which is a safety concern.

Very nice food and service. This was my first time at Okami and I was pleased with everything.
It may have just been where we were sitting or the crowd on the night I was there, but the room is very loud.

All you can eat was great value and quality, large menu to select from.
Food was very enjoyable. I recommend the fire chicken and Mayo.
The wasabi was proper wasabi.

Fantastic restaurant. Been here twice now and found the food is consistently good, the service is generally very good. Excellent value for money too.
The place is noisy, but not unbearably so. It's busy because it's good, so it can be forgiven.

Inefficiency services and unprofessional staff.
As a buffet style restaurant, food choices are pretty limited. The tastes of each dishes are just below the average. Would be suitable if you eat a lot and care a bit less about the food quality.

Great place to try. Food was fresh tasty and served quite quickly even though restaurant was very busy. Service was fast and friendly. Only gripe would be that it was a warm day and considering restaurant was full airconditioning would have been ideal.

We love Okami Frankston. The experience is always great. The staff is incredibly attentive, fast and very professional. The food is delicious and always surpass our expectations. It is a fantastic place to spend a fabulous time with friends and family with delicious food. We are regular clients and we will keep coming back as we love this place. Highly recommend it to all lovers of japanese cuisine.

First time there and enjoyed every bit of it! Food was fantastic and served very quickly on arrival. Only thing wrong was the air conditioning wasnt working properly!

The all you can eat reordering menu is great! Good value and really yummy food! It can be a bit chaotic at times but worth it.

Great Japanese all you can eat for a real for price of $33 pp. Good service, delicious food, two sittings, byo. A great place to enjoy a special meal.

Wonderful place for lunch or dinner. The sushi is fresh and tasty and the miso beef is excellent. Love the decor too.
