Good selection on the menu, delicious Japanese food, fast service. Over all a very pleasant experience and one worthwhile repeating.
Booking is essential as it is very popular.
You are allowed 2 hours to eat as much as you desire.

Excellent rood and their plum wine is lovely!
Staff are very pleasant and attentative.
Only draw back is that it is very noisy.

Staff are rude and unwelcoming even when I go in as my usual friendly self, I say hello with a smile, but these people are just plain unfriendly, no hello, no smiles, no eye contact, no thank you, no nothing! This is not a one off occasion, I’ve been here a few times now and it’s the same every time! It’s almost just for the comedy value that I return now lol. How they survive as a business is beyond me.

We had the all you can eat- amazing price for quality and quantity of food! Excellent customer service! Cheap drinks. Easily accessible location for locals. 100% would recommend.

While you're only allowed an hour and a half, the food is brought out quick and always delicious so everyone can eat more than their fill in the time

Quality food given the "all you can eat" nature of the restaurant. Timely and accurate service for a busy environment. I was very impressed that there is a food wastage tariff applied if people were greedy and ordered too much.

Managed to get a table at Okami before hitting lockdown again. Great food and service. This isn't like any other all you can eat restaurant. Very fresh.

This is definitely my favourite Japanese restaurant. Special menu which is “all u can eat” with a lot of delicious meals. Chicken karage, sushi platter, teriyaki steak.will back soon with my family! Also, the staffs are friendly, patient when you ask about the menu!

Excellent service, order as many time you like, if you have the stomach space. Warm Sake goes down a treat between orders.

Need to get someone who knows how to answer a phone how rude, instead off making me feel excited to be going here I just want to cancel my booking and go somewhere else.

I ate like a Godzilla tonight we were two and ate 24 dishes OMG i don’t feel satiety. Definitely will come back again don’t hesitate make a reservation and give your money the taste is astonishing.

First visit to this branch of Okami. Very clean and quality of produce was excellent. Lack of staff began to take a toll on service, for a very busy Sunday evening. The two hard working ladies taking orders just could not keep up. Management needs to do a better job supporting their staff!
Food was quick to arrive, once we were able to place our order.
The beef miso/teriyaki was abit on the tough side. My children gave up trying to chew the pieces.

Food is delicious and comes so quick. Definitely worth the price you pay. Everyone was so full and happy with our night out.

First time dining at Okami. A table for 18 for our daughters 16th birthday. A family that knows how to put away food, we were blown away by the service with each new order on the all you can eat menu at the table within minutes. Pretty sure I sampled at least a taste of everything on the menu. Every bite was amazing, my personal favourites being the carpaccio and the the octopus balls, which were devine.

Please try them out, you will not leave disappointed - or hungry.

Went here with a group on friends to the 2nd sitting on a Saturday night. The place was jam packed & the noise was so loud that to talk to the person oposite we had to yell. Lots of food & it was constantly brought out, but because of the noise & being packed in I don't think I would bother going again.

We ordered takeaway, was perhaps the worst Japanese food I have ever received. The beef was tuff the sashimi some of the smallest I have seen.
The sushi was fresh but only salmon and tuna. The octopus balls tasted very strange and lacked any sign of octopus.
Very disappointing experience. All Japanese food in any food court was better than here. I have been to Japan a couple of times with several Japanese friends. You really need to lift your game. I feel ripped of.

The best Okami restaurant by far! Always fast and yummy service. The sashimi/meat dishes quite literally melt in your mouth on every visit. Would recommend to anyone for an easy birthday dinner that the whole family can enjoy!

Nice food but horrible service, especially with the drink orders. My friend and I asked for a lemonade each and when the drinks came out there was only one lemonade and bought us a lemon lime and blitters. My friend asked for them to take it back and to get a lemonade and the waitresses looked at her really rudely and stomped off. When the next lot of drinks came out there was still no lemonade so we asked again and this happened another 3 times before we got up and left.
