56Has everything you need for office and printing. Tried the photo books as well and found them better the other mainstream website offers. The furniture is a little hit n miss quality wise so test it out before you purchase.

Officeworks are everywhere but they are definitely not the same. The only store I purchase from is Yarraville because of one of the staff members, Jason. He is customer service focused & has great product knowledge which is exactly what I'm looking for as a customer. I am always frustrated when I ask a staff member for assistance on a product and he/she just reads what is on the box, I can do that! Jason can answer most of my questions and for anything further he will find out the information.
Great service! Praveen really goes out of his way to meet customer needs. Always a pleasure going there.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. This is due to their store manager Sean. They are lucky that I did not find less than one star to give them.
Good store right on the freeway. You can get off the freeway then back on again if you are passing.
Store was easy to find and quite big. Was pretty quiet and didn't have many staff on when visiting in the evening.
Great service. Representative went out of their way to find me a better deal on WD hard drive by looking out back. Left very happy with my deal.:)
Just scratched the bottom of my car exiting the car park. They just had it fixed and it's still bad.not happy

We lost our cat and had to get posters printed to find him. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. They even helped me reformat my document and make sure it was perfect. We found the cat and it was made so much easier because of their assistance.
