Officeworks Yarraville

Sarah who works in Officeworks Yarraville was very helpful and professional. I took my dad to do passport photos. I needed to have an electronic copy. Sarah was very patient. Apart from emailing me the electronic copy, she also loaded the passport photo to USB for me. The services that Sarah provided to us was beyond expectations. Thank you so much Sarah.

One of the bigger officeworks around this area. Big parking area as well. If you coming from Footscray, you might have to take longer way back.

Searched online and it stated Maribynong officeworks has the item, however once there the service was clueless and said they could not find the item. So called up Yaraville officeworks and the girl I was talking to was so sweet to find the item and put it aside to pick up later tonight. The gentleman at service was also wonderful. Such a wonderful service. Well done team Yaraville.

Great place with loads of stock and there's always a car park, no matter how busy or what time of the day it is or what day of the week or weekend it is. The store is very big and has a wide variety of stock and almost always has what ever it is that I need and have come in to the store to get. It's rare that there isn't any stock of an item available here. Always come here to print anything that I need printed as it's easy, simple, convenient and only up the road from my house. The printing sections are away from the actual store and products so you don't get disrupted or distracted or people invading your personal space and it can all be done self serving from topping up your balance to picking a machine and organising how to print it on what paper with colour or black and white etc. Also love that there's public toilets here.

No wait to use self service printers when I visited the store. Staff were helpful and patient with my questions on how to use the printer. I was done and out of there super fast, which is my dream shopping trip: over quickly!

Just wanted to say Rachel in the printing section was awesome help today when I had no idea what I was doing printing stuff she just made it really easy and out in the extra yards to assist me. Thanks Rachel.

Terrible service! The man at the printing counter had no idea how to do his job. We wanted to print some old photos at an a6 size but since he didn’t know how to he just lied to us and said it wasn’t possible.

We drove to the office works in the next suburb and had this done in less then 5 minutes.

I forgot the ladies name who helped me but she was fantastic.i had to urgently print memorial cards for a funeral as the printers that the funeral company uses was closed for the x-mas break.i initially went to south melbourne officeworks but after waiting in line for 30 minutes i left as there were 6 people in front of me.i then decided to drive to yarraville and try my luck there and they were fantastic.thanks.

Lied to me about the date my tablet would be in stock multiple times I needed it for work and they told me it would be in on monday I could have bought it elsewhere but they lied to me to get the sale. I will avoid office works in the future and will just order online. Whats the point of going to the store if you still need to mess around with late deliveries?

Always appreciate the stores and services that strive to deliver customer care in these difficult times. Office works staff kept their moods high and maintained social distancing well. The kept queue markers as well to make sure there ample space between customers.

I enjoy a good office-supplies store but this is one of my favorites because I always feel comfortable at this store. This store is spacious, well stocked, nicely organised and lighting is comfortable. The parking lot is a decent size (albeit shared space with other businesses) and each parking spot is comfortable enough to navigate. Most importantly, it is staffed by a great group of people that are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. Special mention for team member Gary - he is an asset to Officeworks.

I had a terrible customer service experience here today. I tried to go to the website to leave feedback there (as instructed at the bottom of my receipt!) but the provided web address did not work (oh the frustrating irony hahaha)

Basically in the space of 1.5 hours they were not able to provide some photos I wanted printed. Should have been a simple process. There were technical faults and understaffing issues. I was accused of not having paid for my order as the reason it was delayed (not true!). The delay wasn't communicated to me effectively. Really disappointing. Left feeling extremely frustrated. Management needs to provide more staff on the weekend and better train the staff in communication (e.g. Letting a customer know if there is a problem with their order).

Very helpful staff, always friendly and have what I need! I had an apple watch screen protecter, then it fell off 2 hours after I put it on and I lost. Then I came back to return it (just the box and the receipt) and it was a 1 minute, no argument refund! Highly recommended!

Would not recommend customer service was terrible and after being over charged $300 store did nothing to fix the matter

Helpful staff and the store itself is clean and also laid out well. Your staff member Fusilia was also incredibly lovely and brightened our day!
