Officeworks Yarraville

Wonderful service at Officeworks Yarraville today. Amazing printing team, especially Rachel who helped greatly with my troubles. Thank you guys for your great service!

Walked around looking for someone to help me but 2 staff members seemed to be more interested in their afternoon gossip session and wouldn’t even look at me standing right next to them. When I finally found someone to help me, they directed me to an aisle (didn't offer to help find the item) which ended up being the wrong aisle anyway. I walked out without purchasing.

Unfortunately the above seems to be pretty consistent with the level of 'service' at all Office Works stores I have been to.

End result:
Went to an independent office supplies company instead and had excellent service and got just what I needed.

Self service printing sucks, I want a real person. She was right there and could have easily done or for me. Ridiculous

The rudest customer service ever. Literally no staff is around to help you and they all seem grumpy with bad attitudes and one staff yelled at me saying she can't help me as she is with another customer and they are low in staff. The staff never greet you amd have no manners. I feel intimidated going in there and won't go here again. I have been going here ever since I was a child but for the last few years the customer service is horrible and a disgrace.

The store didn’t cancel my click and collect order despite repeated calls to do so and being told “the manager is actioning that” twice.

Very bad, unprofessional service. I need to print A2 size. They told me that go to self service. If I need help let them know. There is no option for A2 in there. Come back reception the girl there irgored me. Even though I told her I need help. She just stand far away in pretend she doesn't see me. Another 2 customer are waiting and decided to walk way.
If I need to buy stationary I will never go there with this service. Only no choice for printing big size. Never back there.

It's just an officeworks like everywhere else but are woefully understaffed. You can't get in and out of this place without being in queue.

Another USELESS corporation setup. Under staffed. Acting like they can’t afford to hire staff

It’s an officeworks, you can get what you need, but the staffing really is an issue. I actually almost feel bad for the employees who must really hate their lives to treat customers like this. No matter if I go for in store shopping or click and collect they always seem irritated that I’m there and it’s such an unpleasant experience. I’m avoiding this place like the plague.

Always long unjustified wait at printing. One staff at the printing section and 3 or 4 standing in the corner not doing much and not willing to help you. Such a frustrating experience. It used to be much better service.

Ive had many excellent experiences with photos and print here. Mich in particular has been really helpful. Printing is one of those things that give me such high anxiety. Mich gets my images/cards done in no time and with as little hassle as possible. Super impressed time and time again.

Had a large $135 family photo printed out on canvas. Unfortunately it was damaged before we received it. Appreciate the refund, but really it shouldn't have arrived from Fujifilm to Officeworks in a damaged state. Going back to KMART

Love this store. Their printing services are always professional quality and really quick to complete jobs. Helpful and friendly staff too!

Working in customer service, i understand the importance of the manner and tone in which you speak to customers. If i spoke to the customers the way one of your poorly trained workers spoke to me at my job, I frankly get fired. Inconsiderate, snidey and and downright awful. Being demeaned as a ‘bad customer’ is the worst thing you could say to someone in customer service. Avoid this wretched place.

Jason at Officeworks Yarraville didn’t seem interested in helping and when finally he did gave me little to no help. Thankfully Samantha was amazing and able to give me a hand, super helpful and bubbly with everything that I need, Thanks Samantha Keep up the amazing work!

Great customer service from Rachael very welcoming a great asset to the company. Some of the photo staff should learn from her.

Was using the self-service kiosks, they don't print receipts so you have to go up to the desk to get them. Would have rated this place 5 stars if the kiosks were actually working properly, which is a shame as the staff here are amazing and very helpful

Recently I had some major work done at Officeworks in Yarraville that was quite a tough job. I was served by Warren who was most helpful (and he always has been in the past for many years now) and tackled this particular job which was not only challenging but time consuming, with efficiency and a smile.
Also I found Vin to be remarkable as well. These two guys really get a big tick of approval from me! I might like to add that all of the other serving staff at Yarraville are great!

The place is horrendous. I've made a few attempts to print a few photos of late and all have been unsuccessful; outdated photo boots, no instructions', data and wi-fi cross over issues and then once all that is sorted, the photos jam on and won't download. Total waste of time.
