Amazing customer service! Team processed a refund when I was unsatisfied with my product. They were friendly, fast and knew what they were doing. Amazing service, will be going back for all of my office needs! 5 Stars +

Yesterday there was a dog (not a guide dog) in the store barking to my children and they get very scared the 10 months one was crying loud. The manager saw everything but didn't do anything. He didn't even say a sorry. It is an unsafe, utterly indifferent store.

Staff were very helpful and the tall brown haired girl who served me in printing was super efficient.
Only negative is the long line.would be good to move the guy on the front door somewhere else like the printing area.

Sadly a poor experience. Lovely greeting by a young man at the door who really wanted to be helpful but couldn’t move from his spot. I was directed to wait at the empty counter where a man named Sankit was clearly trying to avoid serving me and being lazy. He came and left many times for about 15 minutes with no other customers around and ignored me. Thankfully a young man with long hair realised I had been waiting and was very helpful. Other staff have been great in the past.

Possibly the worst officeworks by far.never ever had to wait less then 30mins for any printing service.seriously if customers are waiting, train other staff to jump in and help.no need 1 staff standing infront greeting incoming customers.

Don't go here for your printing! The guys seem like they don't want to do your printing job. A smile with no attitude would be nice! Especially the Asian guy, bad attitude! Makes you feel like you trouble them by asking to print for you. It's your JOB!

Office works is open late every night and has lots of staff, all eager to serve.there is parking outside although you may have to wait five minutes for someone to leave. Office works sells a lot of technical paraphernalia too, such as the UE Megaboom. I just hope they get the UE Megablast one day because that is a bluetooth speaker that is intelligent like an Apple homepod

Really convenient as it opens 'til late.

Parking can be a bit tight though. You may have to wait
a few minutes for someone to leave before you
can find a good space.

Every single time I come here there's no one serving, I waited 10 mins this time to collect an order. One staff member very clearly ignored me twice! It's worth driving the extra 10 mins to go to the South Melbourne store where staff are actually helpful.

Parking is usually OK (small parking bay in front) but its also on the Commercial Rd tram and bus route if you aren't driving.
As part of a big chain, if they don't have the thing you absolutely must buy today, they'll be able to look up stock at other Officeworks stores for you.

Breach of Privacy
Ok, for those of you who use printing facilities such as photo printing.
The moment you plug in your memory card, phone, sub or hard drive, all of your files are copied on the computer. When i say all of your files, I mean everything you have on there not only the photos you select. Read the terms and conditions carefully. They have given themselves the right to use your files anywhere they want to.
That is Breach of Privacy.

This Officeworks has improved by miles in the last year and a half. The long lines that never seemed to move are a thing of the past and it’s actually a reliable stop once more for all office-related needs.

Called to see if they have a calculator in stock. Whichever sales assistant (indian) answered the phone wouldn't check the shelves to see if one was there (it was too far from the phone apparently!) after it being out of stock in two other stores I tried. Disappointing. Will buy online elsewhere.
