Officeworks South Yarra

I was charged 40c a page for a document to be scanned back to me. I understand black and white printing costing 14c and you walk away with something, but 40c and getting nothing for your money this is atrocious!

My experience here has always been consistently very good and again today. I was served by a lady (I'm sorry I forgot her name) initially for a number of enquiries which she she resolved and then Savan took over when the lady serving me wasn't 100% on something. Savan was great in assisting me instead of upselling (turns out I had the required cable at home and the issue could be resolved by selecting the right settings on my laptop). Thanks for both your excellent service and assistance.

I wish to thank Trent, the store manager of Officeworks Sth Yarra, for his incredible service and kindness. He made sure that I would receive a delivery of goods from his store on time, when I was unable to get to the store. Trent went out of his way to make sure the delivery got to its destination and I'm so appreciative. Thanking you for your outstanding service. Warmest Helen

I went to print some business display cards at Officeworks South Yarra and found the staff to be really helpful and efficient. They offered to trim and laminate the cards for me and completed the job in 10 minutes - saving me a lot of time and work!

Today my partner and i had to print some last-minute pictures and Tim went above and beyond to help us out get the job done. He stayed back with another team member and helped us with this! We are grateful for your help and we will definitively go back for all our needs.

Their costumer service was horrible, i was taking a passport photo, and the girl seems like didn’t even wanna do it, and walked away all the time. Even I asked her really politely, she still didn’t even care. I’ll never come back to this officework, the one in city is much better

Forgot to bring my laptop charger to work today.
Went to Officeworks hoping to they had a universal one I could buy.
The staff were very helpful, and even let me try it out in store to make sure it worked with my laptop.

I went in yesterday and was served by a girl named Sasha. It was very busy and clearly understaffed and she was so kind and helpful and courteous. And she helped me with everything that I needed:) Go Sasha!

The manager Trent was very unhelpful. He told me I wasn't able to get a refund on a computer I bought 2 weeks ago. I made him aware of the law according to the ACC. He then palmed me off onto one of his team, George, who was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Trent then pondered around the store making George have to leave the counter and go and find him.

Worst Officeworks I have visited so far. Had the worst experience atgat south Yarra Officeworks Officeworks. Staff was lazy and not helpful. They should learn something from other Officeworks stores.

There is a long wait to print documents. Customers are not even attended or acknowledged how much time it might take. One staff to attend customers who come for walking print work. This is the 3rd experience which compelled to write such review. If in a hurry, never visit this store.

Small store with very less parking that got almost filled up even during the lockdown. The staff is very good though.

Slow service zZZZzzZ. 45 min waiting only to print 3 photos. Took so long that you can say the pic is vintage. Leaving without my prints. So bad so bad.

Worst customer service, staff are not even willing to speak to you, tried to get help from multiple people but only got told to come back with a smaller file to print. Seems strange that a company offering a printing service only help you when they feel like it

Poor customer service and lack of knowledge from Runil (apparently is the Manager). I went there to print just a Excel sheet and he didn’t know how to use the scale to reduce the file to print. He said that is not his job to know that and I should do it myself at home in my computer. Unbelievable.

Terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes in the printing queue to be told to go to a self serve machine which was out of ink and then had to wait whilst they printed it at the desk where I originally started!

Got a Wi-Fi booster with a great discount on the price match policy. Defs a good place to sort you tech stuff!

The staff here are great at remaining professional when there are rude and impatient customers. The team members always take the time to do the work properly.

There really needs to be more staff at the printing station. The self service printing is not user friendly for someone who wants to print a single A4/A3 page having to put money on a separate card system when you don't know what it will cost is stupid. Why not have the copiers just take credit/debit cards? You end up with a bunch of people waiting in line to print a couple of A4 pages.

To the very helpful staff member, Zac, Zach or Zack, depending on the spelling of your name, can I just say a massive Thank you for your patience with my lack of printing skills, and in assisting me throughout the whole process!

Outstanding level of service in comparison to what I expected from Officeworks, not to mention allowing me to share the use of your USB. Enjoyed the laughs at my uncomfortable & suggestive humour.
