Terrible service. Store Manager was rude, dismissive and difficult to deal with. Refused to price match Thermal Paper from a competitors website because apparently it "didn't come with warranty" - Since when did paper come with a Warranty? Constantly have issues with this store, avoid unless your desperate for bad service or enjoy making ACCC Complaints.

Absolutely disgusting attitude by the manager, officework you should be shamed by hiring such person as manager.

Absolute horrible service. I was waiting in line to print with a modem valued at 266 dollars waiting to purchase and the lady decided to have a chat with co workers while I was next in line and was rude about asking me to move 2 steps to the side of a 2 person line where there was no signs indicating to stand behind.

The staff on Sunday night were so helpful and patient even though I came in at 10 minutes to close wanting to print a bunch of stuff. Everything was printed correct and trimmed perfectly. They basically saved my assignment.

Terrible service. RUDE and discriminative. Because I couldn't communicate with them to their liking they treated me as a criminal thinking I was there to steal. I am deaf, not ignorant, just because I can't understand what you are saying doesn't give you the right to judge. Joey was just blantely a pig. Never going back again.

Don't bother going if you have disability, as you will be treated as you are not even human. Disgusting attitude.

The service in the Richmond store isn't bad, depending who you get - however, they appear to be very bad at answering their phones. I called twice tonight - first time they disconnected me. Second time they just let it ring out. Annoying. I ended up calling the QV store who answered quickly, but could only provide me with stock level info for their own store.

Look it’s got all the supplies you’d expect to see in your Average Joe Officeworks BUT we’ve got a problem. CALM DOWN WITH YOUR GREETINGS - whoever is managing the employees, give them a Valium.

I was assisted by Nick twice in the past week. He has a personal touch when it comes to customer relations. He is an asset to Officeworks and wouldn't be surprised if next time I come and he's the manager. Thank you Nick. Highly recommended.

The Best office works in Melbourne - their printing services are quick and efficient. There is always someone there to help point you in the right direction when you are looking for something.i go out of my way to come to this store over the others that are closer to me

I came into the store with my brother laser printer toner cartridge and drum. All i wanted was a new toner. The service consultant end up selling me a second drum which I already have in my hands, totally incompetent people.

Terrible service - spent a fortune on a computer & software returned with a question & was rudely told they can’t help me. Worst experience shopping I have had in years

Got a delivery changed to click and collect. Was told I could pick it up the same day I changed it, wasn't possible once I was in store and was told I could pick it up the next day before lunch, wasn't possible again and was told I had to wait till the next day. Order is extremly delayed now, customer service wasn't helpful giving me incorrect details and expectations, in store staff were also not helpful putting me on hold for 15 minutes to have the problem unresolved.

If you ever want something printed quickly, don't go to officeworks richmond. 48 hours to print one single A2 colour sheet is pathetic.

Click and collect service is dismal
Have been in store twice trying to collect stamps to send christmas cards on behalf of my employer and turned away both times. Now need to process a refund and hope our christmas cards reach our clients in time.

Good place with good range of product and really friendly staff. Only problem is consistent long waits every time I go in to print, 3 or 4 people in the line but can take 20 mins as there is usually only 1 staff member behind the printing counter.
