55Went in recently to look for a new laptop and to back up/ print off some old photos, had assistance through the whole process and sold me exactly the computer I needed! Best customer service in the tech section here!
OUTSTANDING SERVICE - I attended OFFICE WORKS today with the intention of buying office related items and to print off a 40 page document which is now executed via a customer DIY system. An employee named Callum recognised that I’m technically challenged and consequently & very politely took the time to assist me loading credit onto the printing card & taught me how print the lengthy document which will be very handy to know ongoing.
The staff at the front exit register we’re also helpful, competent and polite.

Ruby was fantastic helping me with photo printing. Nothing was a trouble as she guided me through while printer was having glitches. Called me when the photos were ready. Ruby is a star in your business.
Went to Officeworks Richmond today searching for an Apple Magic Keyboard. They did not have the model I needed but a young Chinese staff member (Kevin? Kenyi?) went out of his way to help me. Carefully explained my options, helped me to connect the old wireless keyboard to my iPhone to test it (yes, it was indeed faulty) and recommended places I could find the model I needed. Also advised I could ask suppliers to price match Amazon price. Went to Chadstone, bought my new keyboard and saved myself $30 by acting on his advice. My problem is solved thanks to this young man's patience and kind assistance. Very impressive service!

I always come to the Bridge road officeworks for my big computer/phone purchases because they are so attentive and patient with me. Even more so when I lost my receipt for a large transaction, Andrew was able to help me get a hold of it months later. Cheers
Convenient place to buy all your school, uni, work & hobbies products. I always go there to do my Color printing or black n white printing with a cheap price per price. Customer service is great too
I spent close to two hours in the store trying to get a document printed. Spoke to multiple staff, unable to give any information about bleed required for documents, after waiting 1.5hrs the wrong thing was printed. No idea how it took two hours to print a document. Maybe try a different location?
Didn't tell me my prints would have to be done overnight, came back the next day to collect and they seemed to have no idea where they are. Once they found them the quality was terrible and they said they would reprint them in the next 15 minutes, proved that they just couldn't be bothered the day before. What should have been a 20 minute job has turned into a 2 day ordeal. Don't waste your time.
Went to purchase an item, had the employee drop my item then ask me to go get another. On his second attempt he ripped the packaging getting the security tag off. Then when I told him to be careful, he scoffed and whispered under his breath laughing with the other checkout assistant. This isn’t my first officeworks bad experience. I don’t understand how this is such a systemic issue.
It’s good that’s near my house but I feel like sometimes asking a question to staff seems annoying
The photo department were not very helpful. Conflicting information was given when the kiosks were not working. 1.5 hrs later after loading issues, then poor quality printing. Then charged incorrectly. Customer service was non existent. Operating at a snails pace with no urgency. Do not waste your time, what you want will not be what you get and they don’t care.
Best I can say is that the staff weren't rude. None of the staff looked remotely happy to be there and the depressed nature came across in its customer service, don't bother asking for guidance it is easier to continue looking for it yourself. The prices are ok, but that was expected, at a place like this, you are hoping / expecting at least at a minimum staff who are mildly interested in customer service. I'll still go there, but.
Printing Staff is very helpful. She was looking after other customer but when she saw me having trouble with self-service photo, she helped out.
Today I visited the Richmond Officeworks store and had a wonderful experience. I had previously been to 2 different JBHI-FI stores today to purchase a MacBook Pro 13" who wern't very helpful at all. When I visited the Officeworks Richmond store this afternoon I had AMAZING customer service from KEVIN who was engaging, matter of fact and friendly. The store had no stock but he called another store for me (which annoyingly had no stock) then suggested to put through a click and collect order which would be ready in 4 days. Fantastic customer service, would definetly come back. Thankyou!
Officeworks you have lost a loyal customer. Have been trying to contact your store multiple times for service and every time the phone rings out (after talking to a machine). This happened last lockdown as well. Rang JB-HI FI they picked up instantly and had great service and had the product I was after
Have tried to contact the store number 20 + times throughout the day with no answer, have placed a click and collect and just wanting some info before collect. Poor customer Service
Your online service message needs to specific with orders. You send message saying order is ready for pick up and team at store has no idea about order. And they have no clue when order will get processed.
I have to nominate this officework the worst in Melbourne!
I ordered print cartridges 2: 20pm for click collect I wait 3 hours and left empty hand then they text me 6pm to come and collect.
I got there collect the bag and got home open the bag but wait it’s not what I ordered it mouse.
Any one more think the staff the are unfriendly so now I have to go there and talk to the again.
