55Chan (or Chen), the most disgusting reception I have ever seen, ask for price beat from Mediaform, a existing company in Sydney, he call the company dodgy because he thought the price is not right but can't provide any evidence. And told me he will request from headoffice but can't guarantee I will receive anything? Stop me for saying anything and just kept telling me he can't do that price.
Amazing service in normal times. Usually they do great, and I really like going. Their customer service is great.
Everything we get a lockdown, OfficeWorks becomes useless, staff just walking around. Not communicating among them. Just terrible.
Just bought office 365. Seems office works haven’t activated it. 5 phone calls dumped

I recently came in to this shop to print something from a USB stick, I was having some trouble when Natasha came and helped me. She was so nice and understanding. And helped me find a few other items. I’ve since been to a few other office works, but have not received the same service I received at the Richmond store.

Normal enough officeworks, was made very uncomfortable by the 2 male staff obviously following me around making sure i wasn’t shoplifting.
I understand a business needs to protect itself but I left feeling a bit embarrassed
Customer Service is excellent, especially with essential items to maintain expensive Electronics purchases
Officially the worst Officeworks in Victorian Metro. No customer service skills exist within this establishment.
Worst store in Melbourne. Customer service is non existent. Everytime I go to this store there is never anyone around available to help. Just tried ordering on their website. Impossible! Tried ringing the store and nobody answers the phone. Call just rings out to engage signal. Gave up after 20 minutes. Avoid this store at all costs and shop elsewhere
Great officeworks, no issues and parking is easy. Love their long opening hours when not in lockdown.
Why are the staff here so unhelpful? Every time I have a bad experience but unfortunately due to lockdown am stuck without other options.
Good sized store with plenty of stocks, parking is secure too.

Try to make an online order of a wall calendar, it was the worst experience ever the server did not load properly, when you try to checkout its a nightmare additionally you cant preview your project to make sure if the project its the one you one to print, its a joke. After all thi i try to get the offcieworks near my house they told me they can help me with that but that I can call and the can place the order for me, which i did, the guy on the phone was super nice but he could do much.i try to get it done by different platforms by the app by different and never work, the customer experience of your website its the worst

It's OK. Sometimes have to wait around for service. Sometimes they have some good clearance deals to look out.
I went here on Saturday to buy a printer. I waited 10 minutes to get some help, there was a guy standing on a ladder near us hanging up a sign, which was far more important than selling me a printer.finaly another guy appeared and I tried to grab him, but he said he was busy. I asked the guy on the ladder for some help and he told us that they didnt have stock of the printer I wanted and they wouldn't sell me the display, he also said that they didn't have stock at the warehouse, so thay couldn't get one in.the guy who walked past us and said he was busy, was actually chatting to 2 other staff at the counter and there wasn't a customer to be seen.in the end we were sent to another store.the staff at the other store were fantastic.maybe the staff at Richmond need some customer service training or even some training in basic manners.
Good parking available and is a decent sized store to be able to browse through for all sorts of office supplies type stuff.
Usually go in for printing and apart from the line the printing staff are usually very friendly. Though after printing something from my USB I realised I had left it there, went back this morning and the attitude I received was pretty appalling. The printing line was 10 people long so I went to ask an assistant if they could just check if it had been handed in only to be told, ‘go and talk to her’ and pointed to another staff member. I went to ask her and just got a sigh and ‘yeah go to the printing area then’. I politely told her i understood but that I thought she could just check if it was even there rather then having to line up. Went to the printing area and practically had a bag filled with USB’s thrown at me and then silence. I asked her to look at the register I was at and then she found it. This officeworks is across the road from where I live, I would not return if it wasn’t convenient.
Photos took an hour and a half to load and print. Staff Taylor was unprofessional and had a really bad attitude towards me instead of helping me with the photos. Computer where photos load took 30 minutes, no staff was there to help.
Got a discount of $7 out of the $17 dollars I paid for the trouble. Manager apologised for having to hang around for 2 hours, but sympathy from staff was non-existent.
Lazy, inept staff at this location especially the fat blonde young woman with glasses who works in the printing department.
Went in today at about 5pm and was told I couldn't return a $3 sealed
laundry marker because I didn't have a receipt. I made the effort to go there because I didn't want to throw it in the bin. Their website says they can return without a receipt for credit.but I guess $3 was to much.
Just need more people working in the print area! It takes forever. However, staff are unfailingly polite and helpful
