Awful store. Always out of stock of basic items, the staff are rude and beyond apathetic. They couldn't care less about customer service. It's a nightmare. Killed off all the competition and became pathetic. I've been a business customer for years but you're not getting a cent out of me anymore.

I visited the office work today but disappointed because one of the customer service staff was very rude and had too much attitude towards us. That is not appropriate way to deal with customers.

Poor customer service. All printing and scanning are now self service and staffs are unhelpful and outright rude. Worst Officeworks I have ever been into.

Barry gave me great advice in relation to my new Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. He was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions of enquiry. I just love my new tablet which I have been using endlessly on my travels in South East Asia and next to Europe and Scandinavia. 10 out of 10 to Barry!

I visited the store for printing copies and lady at the counter said we can't print it for you anymore and you need to self service and at self serve system asked me to paid upfront $$, and whatever I will use from that amount and rest of the payment will be back to your account in 5 business days. How can you hold someone money for 5 days? Ridiculous system and lady just reject my job and now I find the other place for printing. And it was early in the morning and all staff member was free that time. I asked her to print at the counter but she refused. Bad start go the morning

My partner and I had the most amazing customer service right across Officeworks at Geelong this afternoon. Right from the moment we entered we were warmly greeted. Then we needed a fair bit of assistance in printing and we had 2 fabulous team members from the printing area to help us to finalise how to order our mugs. Both were extremely helpful and patient. Before leaving the store I bought something else. Even the cashier was polite and the whole experience was 5 stars!

I am an elderly woman who needed some photographs done the first girl that served me said just go and follow the prompts I have never had to do this before and I was confused. I tried the machine she told me to go to and I had no luck. I returned to the counter and asked another girl who was only to happy to guide me through the process her name was Tegan and I am so grateful she actually took the time to help me. Thank you Tegan

5 stars for the 3 ladies this morning working in the photo lab. Technical issues were going on but they got me what I needed and were very helpful and patient.

This store use to be a fabulous store with great customer service, unfortunately there are only a couple of staff that appear to understand and want to provide good customer service, the others seem to think that customers are an inconvenience. What a disappointment, it’s time for better management and leadership.

Photo counter. None of the kiosks ever work, connection drops out, wifi transfer NEVER works. Line up for assistance to pay for an order that’s somehow stuck even though trying to self-service print, no staff even available to serve. Stuck in line waiting for 10min with other staff standing around just chatting. Great.

Had very bad experience, staff there is not really helpful. Specially if u going there to get passports size photos for ur kids.

Absolutely appalling service. Actually, what service? Waited at counter for over 5 minutes to no acknowledgment. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve worked in customer service. I know what it’s like when it’s busy, even though there was next to no one there. But one staff member was chatting to a friend about life, and the others were standing around the photo machine just talking. All I wanted to know was if an office chair was in stock! I ended up calling waurn ponds while I was in the shop, still not being served. Found out the chair was in stock and drove there.
Never again shopping at this store. I really hope a manager sees this and does something about it, because looking at other reviews, it seems to be a reoccurring problem.

I had a mediocre experience there the other day when I returned my headphones to exchange for another, while they did do this it took them literally 30 minutes to do so while I just stood there waiting with all the staff staring at me and they yelled out to me across aisles to get my attention. That was fine. I’ll let that experience pass. Went back a week later as my partner ordered a new phone online and on the email it said to collect in store on a certain day. We went there and was served by possibly the most incompetent person. We had brought cases to the counter and told the staff member we were here to pick up a phone and she grabs the items, scans them, i pay as she’s clearly in a hurry (nobody else waiting by the way) and then we ask again, we need to pick up a phone, she flat out told us without even checking anywhere that it wouldn’t be here yet. We had to ask her to check the back ourselves and after again, another 20 minutes of standing in the store waiting while other staff stared at us. The staff member then, again, did not remove herself from the counter to come approach us like general people; she yelled out from the counter to get our attention. We were texted later that day to collect the order which they required no ID for mind you which is concerning. I will definitely not return to this store.

Copy centre staff! Rude and unhelpful. More interested in standing around talking to each other and playing “Let’s ignore the customer”. Also the new self copy machines are frustrating to use with the new “Scan your card” app! Never scans first go! Lift your game OW Geelong!

Had a gentleman named Andy help me out. Went above and beyond to assist me anyway he could. He knew what I wanted. Showed me what was available. Great customer service. Other staff can learn a lot from this gentleman.

My Worst Officeworks experience ever. Staff has no manners to talk. Always in a hurry and ready to avoid a conversation. Despite of explaining twice the staff made mistakes in my scans.
I do not know if the staff does not earn enough or their parents did not teach them how could be polite and respectful with the people but their manager should teach them a lot about costumer service, specialy all girls working there.
Officeworks is cheaper than Chinese shops to print, too much cheap, but I prefer to pay more with Chinese than at this Officeworks again.
