68 I have never got a large print made before, so I wasnt sure how to get one done for a current frame. The assistant at the desk was very patient with my questions.
I wasn't 100% with my decision, so I called them in the morning before my pickup in the afternoon, and they allowed me to do the change before the final print.
I have placed it in my frame, and it fits perfectly! I look forward to my future prints at this location
I love office works but I do have to say the photo department are always super delayed to serve you even if its for a question & usually always rude and just ignore you rather than just greet and say i won't be long they just ignore you and stare at you.
The door people are lovely but the overall help from staff is so bad. Same as the people at the registers 9/10 they are so rude i feel dissapointed everytime i shop there. I now go to kmart for my prints & other stuff I take a break from office works then give it another shot thinking might just be a bad day but nope still the same rude service
Had Harry help me with my items today. He was very pleasant and helped me get the items in the car. Staff we're friendly and very helpful.
Ordered online for store pickup. Staff seemed confused.waited for some time while they checked out back. Had "next" shouted at my face while waiting. Moved out of the way and was looked at like I was not meant to be there. Staff member returned and said they couldn't find my order and went on serving the next person.
It shouldn't matter if I'm purchasing $1 worth of photos or 5k worth of laptop, I deserve to feel welcomed and assisted not frustrated and unworthy.
Waste of time and fuel.

Website says 9pm store closed at 6pm went there all the way from Truganina. Useless staff didnt care
No greeting or thanks at the end. Not very good when you greet and it is not reciprocated. I also believe it was the store manager.
This office works is horrible never any staff, and if there are they are rude and unhelpful. Staff there don’t seem to be trained if at all as we had an order that was wrong they took the product back said they would re order it month later still no order had no idea what we were talking about that what with two managers couldn’t help us, had to call head office and sort out her matter 3 months without a product we paid for
