Officeworks Caroline Springs

I called the Caroline springs store this morning and was helped by a lovely lady by the name of Miryanna. Mirjanna went above and beyond in finding the product l was looking for.
The customer service she has shown was impeccable. It’s a shame we don’t have more people like Miryanna who actually do a great job.

Came in here to obtain our grade 9 book list. I was asked about 15 times if I needed help (it looked as though there was a staff meeting in store and there was 17 staff wandering around) Hot tip -Sometimes people just want to browse the stock for themselves. We were helped by 3 of those people during our time there. Upon checkout we purchased a bag the cashier didn’t put our items into the bag but rather put them on top of our bag and looked at us like hurry up when we had to fill our bag with the products we had just purchased ourself as she had other people lined up behind us. We also had staff shove past us in isles and one who moved us so she could put products on the shelf in front of where we were trying find things. Never again.

Pathetic service.
Went for a single page print out at self serve with my officeworks reachrge card. Had 5 other people all knew nothing how to print. One lady was trying to help as much as she can (1 pm- 22/11/2023). After waiting 20 minutes, I gave up and went to the front desk where an Old guy (assuming he was the manager- white hair and chubby built) refused to help me and said self serve is the only way to print documents. I have done desk printout like so many other times but this guys refused and continued with his work.
Then I waited again for 10 minutes for my turn to self printout.

Also, why can't we recharge our officeworks card at the station itself?

I had only 45c in my recharge card- had to pay $3 for a single piece of document for pre-charge prints. The minimum recharge you can do is $3, why not a dollar.
Then realising some lady before me gave a command of 530 pages. Had to wait for her to finish.
Then kept waiting and moved on to new machine to print the same doc I was loosing my patience and was there for 30 minutes. So again, paid $3 for a single piece of document on a different machine.

Wish that guy had help me at the first place. I would have reached my visa appoint On time and did not have to re-schedule to another day for which I took a day off from work today.

Went to office works Caroline springs to get my signed collingwood poster laminated and the girl absolutely stuff it up, with a big creased right throw it and still had the nerve to charge me ABSALUTE JOKE

Just went to Officeworks Caroline Springs and my experience was amazing!
I first walked in and went to the Print & Copy area, as I needed to print out some birthday invitations.
Then I was greeted by Dianna at the Print & Copy area who was the most amazing, kind and respectful Officeworks Team Member I had ever met.
I clearly explained what I needed printed and how I needed it to be printed and she was on top of it!
I presented my PrintMe barcode to her and then she showed me my documents that were going to be printed with the adjustments and size that I needed. She even helped and recommended me different things to go for when printing Birthday Invitations, helping me decide what I needed done.
She then printed me a test copy of what I had chosen, and I was so happy with it.
She also kept reassuring me that the documents are printing, and I just needed to wait, which was amazing due to the fact that every time I go to Officeworks I am left wondering when my documents are going to be ready.
Then when she took me to the register, she typed everything into the EFTPOS Machine and I was ready to pay at that point, with her still reassuring me the price and if I wanted a receipt or not which was really nice. She even said Thank You for your time at the end of my visit and that was when I really valued my journey to Officeworks.
Everyone if you see Dianna round, please let her serve you it will make a difference to your visit.

Went into Caroline Springs store on 22nd Sep for banner printing. The staff informed me that they are learning on a newly installed printing machine and cited about a week delay to complete the printing job. Any urgent job also need to wait until then. Very unfortunate to see that there are no back up machines and trained staff, while the others get trained on new machine.
It is the same story with Taylors Lakes branch, which is the closest.

Management need to take a note of such situations and avoid further inconvenience to customers.

Today I had a wonderful retail experience with a fabulous retail assistant who helped me scan and print a photo. Nothing was to much bother, and she walked me through the whole experience. She was just fabulous, so thankyou so much

Worst place to go for a any kind of small jobs, there attitude is "whether do it by yourself or leave"

Its a big scam of printing your documents when they say you its self serve and you need to get a card and put money in it. I saw a lady in front of me requesting custom service person that she forgot her card and don’t want to buy another one as she have already $50 in it. She requested that can you print for me she can pay here but service customer person refused by saying we don’t service its self service.

Note: there scam - where you get served before and pay what you print but now they ask you top up your card and taking extra money out of pocket. It’s does effect people on large scale and which boosts there earnings.

Be safe and get yourself educated about corporate silent scam.

In ANZ day I come bought new phone. I ask service do they have stock from 128 GB to 1tb phone they don't have stock at all.then why are you guys say have stock available in store. Why are you open store for you don't have 1 single stuff 'phone handset'

I was assisted by Caitlin today. I had enormous files for print, and I didn’t realise that I needed to book an appointment before going in. But Caitlin assisted with my request and printed over 200 pages on the spot near to their close time. You are a star, Caitlin. Thank you very much for your amazing customer service.

An Officeworks is an Officeworks is an Officeworks. However no staff around to render assistance, lucky I an resourceful and intelligent and was able to find what j needed

Try not to leave negative feedback but I had to today. Kelly at the counter was too busy talking to another staff member (about their shopping outside of work) and completely ignored me. No hi no thank you nothing. I walked up to the counter, paid and left.

Awesome service today from Nick who assisted me with choosing a keyboard. Quick, friendly, helpful and funny. Thanks Nick!

Disgusting service the manager is really rude and arrogant I think she is complacent and thinks that she cannot be replaced Melissa she needs tinge sacked

I tried to call the Caroline Springs store to check if a particular product was in stock at their store, but I was disgusted that I had to hold the phone for over half an hour! I hung up and called their Taylors Lakes store and they picked up within 5 minutes and not only helped me with stock availability at their store but also stock availability at the actual store I wanted to call in the first place!

Great service and they accommodated for my request to have my print ready today, 2 days earlier than scheduled. Thanks!

Team member Dianne was a super help the other day when I went into get documents printed out.
Very patient and gave me tips for when I next need to send in printing jobs.
Lovely welcoming smile as well. 10 out 10

3 out of 5 visits, this store doesn’t have items in stock while having the items on display. Save yourself the time and frustration and visit another store.
