WOW! Never seen a place like it! All the staff walking up and down pretending to be busy! No one has any clue about their own products, just passing you on to the next staff then they walk off, seriously this is disgusting,
don't even bother to come in here, wouldn't even come back here for a pen!

Very poor service, I have a business account with Office works. Ordered online for click and collect. Tried calling the store for 1 hr, almost 10 times, but now one answered. Extremely disappointed with this branch.

Horrible service, too many people working on one customer, too much chitter chatter with employees, Line ups are insane! Employee at front register had no customers for over 25 minutes, why could he not go to the copy print area and help out instead of play on his phone. Worst store in Melbourne. These employees need to pull up their game!

I have been a customer since 2014 and run a small business in Caroline Springs.
For the last 3 years I have used the printing service at the branch. I am time poor and often have multiple jobs to finalise. Three printers I purchased from the branch have let me down and this
led me to use the printing service. Yesterday as usual I needed assistance and this led me to be served by Angela a constant source of information, a customer focused employee that since 2014 has always remained a constant high performer. Thankyou again for your dedication to customers.

The customer service is very poor. It took ages before they pick-up phone calls. Whether this was ignorance or a faulty phone system, it's still an example of bad customer service. Should the customer be reimbursed for the time spent waiting on the phone?

I am a part-time Teacher. Today i walked in to buy some Binding gears. I was shocked to see the Demo was priced at 1c (Check the picture I posted of the product with the price listed) I called a worker there and he double checked on the system and said it does cost 1c and gave me a ticket to take to the counter. The lady there was extremly rude, she is a big blonde lady. Started screaming into her microphone saying who approved the sale as though I was lying. She said it doesn't work. Then when the nice asian guy tried it, it did. She said it is not for sale. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong, never felt more humiliated in my life infront of my 3 year old child.

Couldn't get through to the store after calling 5 times,
The service took longer then quoted
The product came out so dodgy we had to fix everything ourselves, the manager and staff are rude,
Completely disappointed with the service I received

We organised documents to be printed. We came in the next day and they still were not ready so I had to wait 30 minutes in line. The Manager of this store should be sacked or demoted. You should also have an express collection lane as well as somebody who answers the dam phone.

Worst costumer servis ever! Too many stuffs but they are all talking together, eating food and not giving any s***. Seriously? ! Especially one of the stuff (Angela) was so rude. I was looking at them behind the register to help me they even avoided any eye contact to reject me. So rude. I wants to talk to manager but unfortunately had no time. So disappointed

Great customer service from John, whom went out of his way to make sure the product was available before I drove to the store. John was there when I arrived and showed me the item to make sure it was the right one and it fitted. Continue the great work John.

Picked a new desk from here and didn't realise that they gave me the wrong desk legs until I got home, as well as some slight damage on the table top.
Returned the legs the next day and explained the damage to the table. The store manager, Lisa, was very understanding, swapped the legs over, and provided a substantial voucher for compensation.
Overall I'm very happy with the purchase thanks to the excellent customer service provided. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the initial mix up.

The manager today (02/08/20) was very rude and arrogant hello you know what’s going on at the moment please respect the human being and try to be friendly specially you are in a retail business be friendly.

Worst customer service i ever had!
I accidentally bought the wrong set of ink for my printer, only realised after opening the box of the 1st ink. So I went back to store to switch them to the correct ones. However, Serena, the cashier said she can’t accept the opened one for the seal of the cartridge is missing. I did not remove anything from the cartridge, I don’t even know how the seal looks like for there was nothing on it. So i explained to her but of course she was just doing her job, escalated the concern to the Manager, Leni. I again told him about why I am returning and that i did not removed/touched any seal on the cartridge and it was on that same condition when I brought it out of the box but he won’t believe me. He gave me a rude look and told the cashier something but i did not hear properly and walked away. The next thing happened, Serena is already scanning the returned items for my reimbursement and seem to declare that the opened cartridge was faulty.
I was holding the empty cartridges from home too placed in a transparent plastic bag, so I could dispose them properly in their recycling bin. All was done, I grabbed the new set of correct cartridges then Serena said, “Are those yours? ”, referring to the empty cartridges in my hand. I was really annoyed. I can’t believed how I was made to feel like I was stealing. I answered, “YES, these were mine, they are empty and I am disposing them properly in your recycling bin. ”

What kind of place of business that of all staff hired not even 1 can answer the phone! Just show how lazy and useless you are. 5 mins of phone calling and nothing.
