Well I have to say that today I had an amazing customer service at officeworks bourke st.a guy Call Ash was really patient and absolutely helpful on helping me even if it was almost time to close the store, thank you very much for the great service I hope you keep employing people like him.

Today 7th April around 1.30 pm
Seldom staff support you when you are looking for something They are all busy and ignore you, except one girl asked me if I need print something. When I was going to check out, a lady are chatting with another staff. I’m very embarrassed because I bought a big calculator but I only carried a mini bag with me however the girl didn’t ask me if I need a carrier bag.

I only wanted to buy a letter opener. They were advertised on their website for about $4.80 but when I got to the store they told me that I could only buy them online.

Still trying to understand why a $4.80 item is only allowed to be purchased online. Though by time I add postage it's gonna cost be about $15.

Really can't see the logic in this. I'll go look elsewhere I think.

I asked a guy working there do they have Can of compressed air and he didn't even bother looking around just said probably not in stock.
Mind you I already checked online stocks, hence went in.

I said OK and walked around a bit then found a whole bunch of cans on the bottom shelf!
So I'm the one that showed HIM where it is on the way out!

Might as well be working there myself if staff are so useless. Plenty of staffers that day and not even rush hour.

This is the first time I've been, and if it's a reflection of their store & service then what a horrible first impression they're giving off.

Super slow to get printing done same as many other comments. I waited 30 minutes twice. The first time I left because I was going to be late for an appointment. The second time they could not do the work and they argued about the type of job.

The best advise I had was to take the printing to 123 Queen Street who were about the same cost and did the printing while I waited.

Lessons in customer service would be good to OfficeWorks!

Considerably smaller than the store on Elizabeth street, but the staff were much more attentive.

Disappointing service. Walk in for a poster print, and they say they have other’s orders on priority and can’t serve me. This is when I was the only one in the queue. Get more ppl or printers to serve your customers or make it self service. This is atrocious service.

The store and all the staff are amazing except for the printing department. I walk the extra distance to Elizabeth st just so I don’t have to put up with the loud, obnoxious and extremely rude woman who manages the print station. Feel very sorry for all of her employees who she yellls at, right in front of the customers.

I was created as soon as I walked into the store and asked if I needed assistance. I explained I was after a office 365 activation code, the staff member walked me to the product and then over to the counter. He also confirmed with his co-worker at the register that it was the correct product for what I wanted. Definitely can't complain about the service here.

Not a good place for printing if you are in a hurry! Printing system here is quite complicated and take a while to finish.

Always low in staff.whenever I come have to wait at least 45 mins in the line for just a photocopy. Manager please look into this and increase your staff.

Ben was incredibly helpful this morning, taking the time to make sure my boss had new business cards before her conference tomorrow. He was great at paying attention to detail. Overall, amazing customer service, thank you so much for being helpful and chatting along as I waited. I’ve been to Officeworks for years, but never got this level of customer service. You made my day after a long weekend!

I would highly recommend Officeworks, particulary the store located in Bourke Street, Melbourne.

I had Jenny from the printing department assist me this week with printing off 100+ CD covers. She was friendly, knowledgable and patient in assisting me with my request and any questions. Thank you so much Jenny:)

Another amazing worker who sure has great knowledge on Laser printers is David. He gave me a better understand of each printer and the pro's and cons of using an inkjet vs laser printer. Well done David, keep up the great work:)

What a waste of time! Every time I tried to scan to email or one drive I would get to the end of the stupid process, balance was deducted from my prepaid card but I'd get a network error on all three machines. The area was understaffed so waiting in the queue was painful. I saw people give up waiting in the queue.and this was after 2pm. Plenty of staff elsewhere in the store. Stop treating your customers with such little regard and have your equipment working properly. Shouldn't take over 30 mins to scan 9 pages.

I have shopped at this store several times on a Saturday morning and the young guy who works there on Saturdays has shocking customer service skills. He looks so disinterested and it appears to be too much of an effort for him to even print you a receipt. It is a pity because the other staff are quite helpful and friendly. Too much time spent in front of the mirror by this guy and not enough focus on the customer.

Needed A2 copies done quickly, they got it done on the spot while I drank a cup of water. Couldn't recommend more
