This was my second last appointment in the city today and as it was approaching the end of the afternoon, I was keen to miss the afternoon rush of peak time commuters get back home. Believe me with the super efficient and friendly staff on the floor, it took me longer to do the COVID scan thing than it was to find what I was looking for. Totally agree with a previous reviewer, this Officeworks is much easier to navigate compared to the nearby Elizabeth Street store.

Worst experience ever. I have ordered a laptop on 13th Aug via click and collect option, on that time the date of delivery was showing on 16th Aug. Today it's 22nd Aug still I am waiting for my laptop. Helpdesk is also not helpful very few time they receive the call and the response is wait for our email: (. I am an IT engineer and my work is dependent on this delivery not sure how long I am going to wait for this.

The worst experience. I bought a cell phone on the website because I needed it urgently and the delivery time informed on the website was 2 days. It's been 6 days and I haven't received it. When tracking, the order informs that it is in the company's warehouse to be transferred to the store (the distance between the stock and the store is 5km), but the order is stopped in warehouse. I already asked for explanations for the store and no one gave me feedback.

This officeworks is in a very convenient location and easy to access. Products are well organised and wasn't a problem to find what I needed. It is far more simpler to navigate compared to the nearby Elizabeth Street store.

I come here for my printing jobs.very friendly staff and super patient. They will even go the extra mile on reducing your cost if you choose to print in colors, when most of the document is in B&W.

Sadly they don’t have art supplies.

This is a review on behalf of my uncle. He got served by Rhi the manager on the 26/1/21 and is very happy with her customer service skills. She was very accomodating and understanding when she refunded the difference in money for his HP laptop. She was efficient and a very lovely person. Thank you Rhi.

This is something I have never expected from Officeworks. It looks like they do not even honour Australian Consumer Law at all.
I bought an Apple airpods from office works about 20 months back and MIC stopped working properly. I was expecting this $200 plus device to last at least 24 months and now they are refusing to get this fixed and asking $125 just to check the issue. I have been chasing them up over three weeks now and every time I called them, who ever pick up the phone will give me some story and hang up.
Very disappointed with this store and I would suggest any one who see this to be cautious as they do not follow ACL and you will go out with empty handed or may get ripped off when you try to go for Consumer Guarantee.

And other thing that I noticed, that people in the front desk were trying to back me off when I went to get my device fixed like its going to cost them their own pocket. Will include the names of them if I can alter the review later. I have been to other retailers too, but never had an issue.

Poor service. I asked one of the staff if there was this particular item available and he responded with a bored tone. Seemed uninterested about my enquiry and was pretty abrupt to brush it off. I know we’re all tired with the holiday rush but do your freaking jobs properly! Staff was chatting with each other when I came in smh

Do not buy the extra cover. You may get ripped off. For items that are covered by ACL, they will charge you money for so called cover and then will simply not replace or repair but just refund which you may be legally eligible. So around 130 AUD gone. Avoid this. Went to JBHIFI and got free 1 year extra cover.

Guy wearing mask (long hair bearded guy a bit rude in his tone and manner) in the aisle of headphones/ ear phones when just asking about masks. I understand what he was saying and i know he was slightly busy but no need to speak in a childish or senior citizens tone as if I was neurodiverse.

I was at your store in Bourke St yesterday and was served byJaspreet, he gave me so much advice regarding my Square products purchasing. I was so impressed with his enthusiasm and knowleldge and couldn't thank him enough. Well done Jaspreet, keep up the great work, as I mentioned to a staff member who served me at the counter. The best customer service I've ever had in my 45 years of living in Australia. Great customer service.infact all the staff are very good and all stores, but Jaspreet was exceptional.

Disgraceful experience. Purchased some moving boxes. At the counter rather than lean forward and scan item upside down, the slug stands there and says, "can you tip the item upside down" so she didn't have to move a flabby muscle to scan it. She then puts the scanning gun back in its holder and takes a slurp of a McD's drink. Pig of a thing. Young, overweight awful sloth! Avoid Officeworks Bourke St - PATHETIC! Purchased some airpods on the 4/04 and on the 07/05 went in to get them replaced as 1 airpod stopped working. 2 days prior i had visited the apple store and asked about why they stopped working and the tech assistant said she never seen it happen before and did up a report and advised me to go back to the place of purchase as they were brand new and they will just replace them. So i went back.and then officeworks tells me they won’t replace but repair.he proceeded to tell me that the airpod will be fixed with refurbished parts and take 2 weeks.so i purchased FULLPRICE BRAND NEW APPLE AIRPODS! Only for them to break, and be told i have to get them fixed rather than replaced and they h they will be repaired with second hand parts. 2 weeks past and i don’t hear a thing so i go into the store and check in on em.sooo they than tell me oh they’ve only just started to inspect it in sunshine! So i ask how long and they said we don’t know they’ve only just started they don’t give us an eta. WTF $250 worth of product for what?

Went to reprint booklets printed previously by them and was given a print job with a white bar right in the middle? I brought it to their attention and was told there is always a white bar? However, the last time it didn't? This is from their most experience printer. Certainly not the most competent bunch.

Inattentive rude staff at 5ish on 01/03. Took me about 5 minutes to get 2 idly chatting staff to even look at me. They could very clearly see me waiting to speak tp them. One blonde lady even looked at me and very quickly looked away before I spoke. When I finally got their attention, there was no hello, no smile, nothing at all. The 1 staff member who I finally managed to stop, just looked at me until I asked him my question. Please note that the staff behind the counters were lovely. This post refers to 2 other staff idly chatting.
