58The staffs, they are really lazy, don’t want to answer, don’t want to support the customers, they go to work but they actually don’t want to work.

I was there at the store at 6.40 pm waiting for my turn
Mr Aaron asked my work I told I need to get three lamination done and I was told that you need to book and get it collected tomorrow why because the store was closing he showed me his n said 15 mins then when I told I have got the same work done earlier as well he said company has changed the policy I asked since when he said June I told him I have got the same work before as well then I asked u sure u are not willing to do he said let me call other team member who is free I said this means u didn't had time thats why you are not doing I said it hardly takes 2 min everything was in line I bought the print the laminated file as well just lamination was required which he could have done on further discussion he called his manager who said same thing we are closing it's 14 mins left to close store if that is you should close the entry for customers are customers mad or maybe in Australia there is no other option that is why you bothering customers Poor customer service and poor level of handling situations, lamination hardly takes less than 1 minute
The worst printing service. They always directed you to do self printing, does not help when there is a line of over 14 people waiting and there was 7-8 standing around or at the counter doing nothing. Machine was meant to help humans achieve work faster and smarter, not taking away the common sense of logic and being efficient!
The people in the print/copy section love to chat. Can’t-be-bothered attitude. They should not be working there at all!
Office works no longer offer counter service for printing and printing is done at just THREE self-service machines. The Bourke street store is busy, the queue for printing was long and took 45 mins to print 2 documents whilst Office Works staff stand around watching. This is a huge step backwards in customer service. If you are going to switch to self-service, invest in more self-service machines. The people behind this change are clueless. Time to buy a home printer. Well done Office Works.
My experience at Officeworks Bourke St.was disappointing, and this has happened multiple times. The service and customer care were not up to par.
The staff, seemingly very young and inexperienced, took considerable time to locate simple items, and there were instances when they completely forgot to bring the item I needed.
The lack of communication, carelessness, and sometimes rude behavior left much to be desired.
I took the time to submit my feedback on the Officeworks website, but unfortunately, I only received a confirmation that my feedback has been received without any further follow-up.
This recurring issue does not align with the brand's reputation, and I have decided not to make any more purchases from this store.

I have done a lot of printing here, from big posters to small handouts. They are consistently putting out quality work. Sarah in particular knows what she is talking about and makes me feel secure that I’ll be leaving with exactly what I need.
Ridiculous that we need to wait in line for self printing. The same people were hogging the TWO machines for quite a while. I get companies want to reduce cost but then you need to invest in more machines.
Insanity.
The print bar is a terrible experience. The staff are rude and unhelpful and don’t care if you have any issue. One kept barking “from tomorrow you have to do this yourself” to everyone in the line. Try other Officeworks print shops or somewhere completely different
Visited office works to get some documents printed and sorry to say but a staff named Abraham happened to be extremely rude.
I called at 16: 17 and ask whether the suitcase JBLUGHRD54 is available in stock and I want to pick up today. The staff answered my phone told me the suitcase is in stock and I can buy in shop. When I arrived there, the supervisor Soham said he don’t know who answer the phone and there is no reason for one of the staff lie to me, and refuse to check the recording of the phone which they said they will record. Ridiculous customer service!
Sarah is friendly and shaped-skilled! Help me to print my dad’s passport photos really quickly, I need to give her a 5-star review! She deserves it!
Popped into the store on 31st of October to buy a new phone. I can certainly say there were no tricks that day only treats:)
The staff member a young lady with black hair and glasses was very friendly and helpful.
These guys are irresponsible with their communication on click and collect. They send me a sms to pick it up, but after showing up and staying in the line forever, it turned out the sms had been sent by mistake. And they weren’t even sorry for that
Everytime I go they are helpful and quick. I don't know the names but, I think they are the manager they have short dark hair and wear a coloured lanyard. Also the person with the glasses and no hair who I think is in charge when the manager is away. These two know what's going on and can actually help the staff.
Bad service, staff told me to wait for another staff to get in touch and I waited for 30 minutes, no one get in touch and after all the waiting told me that they do not know how to use the machines and unable to process my task.
I was asking staff in there for an item if they could help me.they said it might not be available there and told me that just ask on the front if which store will it be available.then that staff went to look but just chatting with other staff.then he went to other aisle and also just talked to other staff and I was standing and waiting on the front for a response and felt he was just standing there and just chatting so i just walked out because no one cared to assist me.
Amazing experience with Lily at the print shop today. Sunday arvo and she got everything done in very little time, with great expertise. I'll be coming back here for printing again if this standard is kept. Really great effort!
I was just attended to by Christine (only a few days working there) and phew! What a refreshing Officeworks staff member. She greeted me as I entered, did the best to ensure my questions were answered and then checked as I was exiting that I had what I needed before leaving. I have never experienced that at an officeworks before
