Bad service. How many people do you need working there standing around doing nothing. Will not return! Not one helped me.

Switched on young woman by the name of Liv. Wanted to print out small document from my iPhone. I’ve email it to the Balarat store. They didn’t receive it despite resending it several times. I’ve waited for 20min non of the staff could make it work. Then a young lady by the name of “Liv” worked it out. Connecting my phone to there wifi. Within 2 minuets I walked out of the shop with my documents printed.
Lateral thinking solved the problem. Thanks to Liv I walked out as a happy customer.

I go in to get plans done a fair bit. The girls in the print side are always keen to help.even when there's only one serving later in the night they're always real friendly. Staff in the rest of the shop are also good when asking for help.

The new photo developing machines are a big disappointment. Trying to crop photos is hit and miss. I am considering going elsewhere where I do not have to fight with the machine

Disappointed the coloured paper stock hadn't been replenished from the last time I bought paper.

Never enough staff, particularly in the copy center. Good range of products. Prices are okay. Staff are always friendly if you can find one.

Went to buy a phone and excellent customer service, staff member went the each phone to provide details for the micro sim model I required.

Well run store with the merchandise easy to find and the staff being super nice and comfortable to approach for help.

Very poor customer service give something to print they said will be ready same day 6 pm but said will pick up morning next day and went there at 9 am just before my work appointment and still not ready. Only option they have is no sorry but get your money back if you are not happy

Worst customer service on the planet. I always have to wait to be served and the employees always look annoyed.

I would've given 5 stars if not for the Hobo Ferals that sit there all day using the free Wifi and drinking free coffee/tea from their home bought mugs and eating biscuits from their own Tupperware. How can you afford a new IPhone and a Nice new pair of beats by dre headphones but not the option of staying somewhere else for 4hours a day?

Professional staff. Great prices. I get all my office and my kids school supplies at great prices.

I always receive friendly helpful service, the staff are all well trained helpful individuals that go above and beyond to help with any service they provide. I can't recommend them enough for all your office and home needs
