Amazing job at printing our menus by Mel. We were stressed but Mel sorted everything out for us and end result was beautiful. Thank you

Terrible service, self service machines not printing receipts. Went to counter to be sent back repeatedly. 2 hrs later 4 line ups to counter still no photos. I know understaffing is a issue but today tested all my limits. Never again will I spend my money here.

I rang Officeworks Ballarat on Saturday 2nd April wishing to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE phone. I made it very clear to Nathan on the phone that my one condition on purchasing a phone was that there was a case available for it. I was informed that there were cases available, but not in stock, however more would be arriving the following Tuesday. With that in mind, I purchased the phone. I returned to Officeworks on Tuesday (yesterday) to purchase the case and a screen cover, only to be told they don't have them and won't be getting them in. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING OFFICEWORKS. I was then fobbed off and told to go elsewhere to purchase a case for my phone. Whatever happened to end for end service? Not good enough. It's not like the phone is out of date. Pick your game up Officeworks. You've really dropped the ball on this one. NOT HAPPY JAN!

The online print collection experience needs a rethink. It's one long queue for in store queries mixed with people collecting already printed jobs.

If I could do no stars I would. Wanted to get nine photos printed they told me 1hr. 4 hrs later I rung them said they lost them but gave plenty of excuses why they lost them. Said they relook was on hold for ages. Then said found them. Went in to find that they gave me someone eles wedding photos.
Staff are half a sleep and could care and it clear they don’t want to be there or help. Get photos printed at Kmart or anywhere eles. In fact don’t even enter this store

Worst customer service, staff were running around pretending doing jobs, but running away from customers.customers looking for help.would never consider going back to Ballarat store.

"Quality prints promise" you will be lucky if you even get served. It would be understandable if it only happened on a rare occasion but it is almost everytime

The (very young) staff are doing an amazing job during an incredibly busy and understaffed time.

Ordered a desk on the 26th December. Its now the 23rd January and the tracking keeps getting pushed further and further back. I wish i had spent my money elsewhere, especially since i paid $60 for shipping!

Needed something printed to scale. It was extremely refreshing to deal with someone who knew what they were doing, and got it right the first time. Great service, enough to prompt me to do a review. Well done Ada, Ava. (not 100% sure of your name sorry).

Visited officeworks Ballarat this morning. Just browsing as usual when I see a girl with a 1970's punk pink haircut talking to a younger girl and kind of ushering her to my way to check on me. As I was browsing I could she was checking on me. She was obviously racially profiling me as I was browsing being of ethnic origin. Just left and not coming back. I have spent a lot of money here in the past. Disappointing.

I wish I could give them 0. NEVER EVER go here to get books bound. They absolutely messed up my two books I needed to have bound together. Pages were falling out and the alignment is terrible. They asked me to hand my books in because the wait would be 2-3 days (when they had 30 people there) they didn’t listen to any of the instructions I left for them on a sticky note on the front of both books or when I handed them in. Terrible DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR BOOK BINDINGS!

30 minutes waiting out the front by myself waiting for a click and collect. Extremely poor service

USB wifi broke just before 5pm, really really needed the wifi ASAP! I ordered on click and collect, and 5 mins later the order was confirmed as ready for collection.

Thank you so much for being there for us during lockdown. You guys are doing an awesome job.

Terrible all we did was take the plastic wrapping of then realised straight away I had accidentally ordered the wrong watch and they will do nothing to help me get the right watch, the box was not opened at all just the plastic on the box absolutely disgusting

Refused to honour lowest marked price on product instore in line with retail consumer law.

Just a note my review has been adjusted from 1 star to 3 after help from the area manager

The attitude from some of these staff is quiet discusting. They are really rude and have a bad attitude. Should put better staff on that know what they are doing, and that have better customer service skills.

Terrible service. Waited ten minutes for tech help despite being at the counter and review of a return and the another 20 minutes while the tech guy and the counter lady worked out their own system. No smiles no nothing, totally useless

Was told that I can only use the self-serve machine for printing photos. I have on multiple occasions been helped at the kiosk. This machine did not offer any of the options I required for printing, leaving me with zero options.

Very happy with the service provided by the printing team. The woman who served me took the time to ensure that I selected the right paper for vibrant colour prints. The paper was cut precisely. The only drawback is that Officeworks Ballarat do not employ enough staff in the printing department, always long queues and long waits!
