Shocking customer service my wife went in today with all the kids asked if she could get a hand to find all the stuff needed only to be told this is not a service they provide. Understand if you where busy but your store was dead. If you need help looking for items I wouldn’t rely on this store

Mr. Levi is GOLD. The service is he passed on me is of so much customer focused. He adds so much of Value addition to officeworks team.

Horrific customer service. Over 5 staff members about the counter and ridiculously long waits to be served. Once you manage to get some service they seem clueless and redirect you to someone else. Also, all of their photo printer kiosks are currently down.

Good range but service poor. 2 staff at checkout no customers. I'm at click and collect for 5 mins and staff just ignore you. Finally they come and then 5 mins to get it. Quicker to get off shelves

SCHLAPPIN collection but you guys should really consider ballin' out with the spray paints, paint caps all dat. Imho

Customer service is disgusting. Only one person on the printing counter despite 2 registers being there and a really long line that was barely moving. I was in there for over half an hour had requested help for self serve a couple of times and the assistant kept disappearing and talking to other people. Ended up having to walk out as I had an appointment which is what I required the document was for, thanks to the disgusting assistance my appointment was canceled. Should not have taken 40 minutes to print a 2 pages document.

Helpful staff but sometimes a bit slow to serve you. It's quite busy but has a lot to offer. Computers, printers, scanners, stationary, photos, printing services, storage items, lots more. Good parking, easy to get to.

Any chance of getting served would be nice. A lot of staff walking around avoiding eye contact. In store for over an hour and didn’t get asked once if I needed help

The majority of staff in this store have been good in my experience, but the customer service I received from one of the young girls was disgusting. Every other staff member has been accommodating when it comes to sorting issues out but this young girl was horrible to speak and deal with. Constantly argued about resizing some images for me saying they dont provide that service, why are you in a customer service role then? Customer service 0/10, dissapointed.

I went to this store on Creswick Rd looking for earbuds and a worker asked if I needed a hand I said no.then he stood around acting like he was doing something.so I confronted him saying you think I'm going to steal these.then he was going to call cops.well he made the store lose a sale.don't go to the office works on Creswick Rd in Ballarat Central.workers will look at you like you going to rob them.

Awful service Thurs 12/01/23 4pm when 3 staff are chatting behind the counter when there is a full queue of people waiting. At least look like you're busy so it's not so obvious

The photo printing system is completely unreliable. It can fail at the very last stage leading to frustrating and time consuming repeats. This also happened to a number of other customers during our overlong visit. The staff do their best to assist but really the whole thing should be shut down/replaced so customers can avoid the current problems and delays.

Staff are really nice they help you with stuff there’s also not normally stuff that are out of stock like lots of other shops and the name Officeworks is there for a reason.

Went to buy an office chair an some school supplies with my son. Not much stock of chairs in the cheaper end. Got the last chair for 79. But it's easy to get his school supplies.

This afternoon l shopped at Officeworks, Creswick Rd, seeking paper coffee cups, in a specific size. Levi promptly assisted me, in a polite & friendly manner. He found the cups l was after, very quickly. Afterwards, l heard him politely helping another customer. The young lady at the checkout was also polite & friendly. Thanks, team.

Until I visited this store, I had a very good experience with Officeworks. But this visit has changed my opinion. I took my defective iPad for warranty/replacement. Whatever may the the conversation happened there though Naxxxxxxxn was trying to help me store manager xxxxxxx behaviour and response to my request was very rude. I was not happy at all and decided I should never buy anything from Officeworks. There are as many 1star reviews as 5star reviews and some of them are about staff behaviour. That means many of the other customers are also disappointed with this store.

Clean well stocked store large amount of display items and good signage to help with the location of relevant stocks. Very polite and friendly staff.

Amazing service every time, including with click and collect.

Kiosks for photo printing done everything except give a receipt or print. Spent an hour waiting to get a receipt to.continue doing self serve.

Then the printer ran out of ink. Waiting again.

They appear to be understaffed, however there were 8 at the counter while I was there.so don't know.

Self serve photo printing does not work! I tried 4 of the machines for nearly an hour and a half for 100 photos. Staff told me to keep trying. No other alternative? Left with nothing. Never using the service again.
