Now & Then Cafe ticks all the boxes for an enjoyable breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The menu has enough tasty options to make deciding difficult, the coffee is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the cafe itself is bright and spacious.

Unorganised. Girl on till was lovely but I had to point out where the stack of croissants were on the bench behind her when she told me they had none. No haste, energy or eye contact after that. A shame but so much potential to improve

Been here quite a few times, the food and coffee have always been good and consistent. The interior really needs to be cleaned, there is so much accumulated dust on the fixtures and fittings that it's making me question the general cleanliness and attention to detail shown by the owners.

Was pleasantly surprised by the variety in the menu.food and drinks were delicious (unfortunately cannot comment on the coffee as i do not drink it), staff are friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is warm and homely.

Absolutely love the cafe! If I was a local, I'd visit here often, I mean just look at their interior design! There's good vibes and good food.

It was cold, wet and generally horrible outside, so entering a bright, spacious cafe with a relaxing decor was a mood changing contrast. The menu had all the usual suspects, but the Lobster Benedict promised to be interesting, so several of us ordered the same.

The olive oil poached lobster pieces, the velvety hollandaise sauce, the brightly coloured beetroot hummus, the poached eggs that burst in your mouth, the jalepenos that add a little kick and the warm brioche roll combined in symphony to produce a scrumptious dish. The Super Green Bowl was very generous and flavoursome with the herb dressing.

Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The enormous space and a separate room makes this place suitable for a big function. Given the mixed reviews I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

The food was delayed and killed my mood to eat.the cafe staff were friendly tho. Despite that, wouldn't recommend going there.

It may look fancy and a good place to eat, but it's not worth the experience in my honest opinion. They're lacking in many ways, and I wouldn't recommend going here again

Table service was very confused and kept trying to bring me things I didn't order.but struggled to bring me what I did order. Food was nice when it came.

Such bad experience. We called two days ago to order sandwiches for a party down the road, the staff didn’t even take any details until my husband asked if they’d need our details for pick up. Staff said it should be fine.

Came to pick up the sandwiches today at 10am as discussed. The staff told us that someone else had already came to pick up the order (very unlikely) so we have to wait another 30 minutes for the sandwiches to be done.

The order wasn’t ready till more than an hour after and their excuse now is that they checked their phone log and nobody called to put in the order.

Charged us $$$ for vegetarian and chicken sandwiches which is ridiculous especially after that whole experience. Stop lying and making excuses for something that is clearly your mistake. We should have not paid that much for such a poor customer service.

Update: My husband has the phone logs to prove that we called your cafe and spoke to a female staff who said she don't need to take any details from us and "it should be fine". We knew it was odd that no one took any deposit which is why we asked more than once. Giving us two different excuses just shows that you knew there was a mistake made. Being honest to us in the first place would be the professional thing to do.

You could tell they were really busy and under-staffed but the service was still excellent and the food delightful. Great job guys, I'll be back.

Delicious and beautifully presented all day breakfast- mushrooms on toast with beetroot purée, nuts, feta, poached eggs and coriander garnish, and good coffee. Just a bit too much food!

I highly recommend going to this restaurant. The burgers were the best i’ve ever had and the chips were nice and crispy. The food came quickly and the waiters were very nice and polite.

Give thumb down for delivery driver with no reason - prob they don't understand its just lack of drivers early in the morning.

Always love it here, especially their Rooibos tea. Not enough cafes offer something different in the way of herbal teas.

Lovely place to sit and relax with excellent coffee and amazing food. First cafe where the portion size reciprocates with price tag. Highly recommended!
