I saw Dr. Marcus to check for an unexplainable pain that had been bothering me for a while. Dr. Marcus assessed my problem firstly by phone, and then decided to conduct a physical examination at his clinic, under the most stringent hygienic measures in this time of Covid. Then, he recommended an antibiotics treatment whilst at the same time requested some blood tests and an ultrasound. I was a bit scared at the beginning about these tests, mainly due to the possibility of contracting COVID. However, I have to say Dr. Marcus and his colleagues (including the Ultrasound team) handled it in a very friendly, communicative and professional way, always maintaining COVID safe measures, and providing reassurance everything was going to be fine. Later, I received several follow up phone calls with test results and indicated course of action.
Now that I know I don’t have anything bad, I feel the relief and I am very thankful to Dr Marcus and his entire team, wonderful job! Thank you for your support during this time of uncertainty. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Probably the best clinic I’ve ever been too. Doctor Ingrid Chung was very friendly, professional, and made me instantly feel comfortable. Front desk staff lovely too. A nurse actually came up to me and introduced herself with a hello! How lovely!

One of the better GP's around in Bayside. Appointments always on time-over the phone as well as in person, helpful staff members. Overall can recommend.
