Appointment process simple through HotDoc as was the new patient registration. Smiling receptionist, bang on time consultation with a very experienced charming highly qualified Dr Dunning. If you are looking for a new GP in Brighton area you would be hard pressed to find a better set up.

Sensational patient focused practice. Both doctors and staff go out of their way to make you feel at ease and confident in their treatment.

Our family of 4 went in for flu vaccinations today. Very easy process with a delightful doctor who took care of all of us, including my two children aged 11 and 8.

In the middle of a seven day covid isolation period, I needed to contact my GP at the North Brighton Medical Clinic for new scripts. These were emailed to me, and in turn, to my pharmacy - and delivered to my home later in the day. Excellent service and simple in its execution.

Excellent first-up consultation - thorough, sensitive and caring. Front of house also very friendly.

First visit with my newborn as a new patient. Great experience. Friendly and professional team. Nurse Nicole was amazing with Bub, caring and supportive. Dr Hawkins was also a pleasure to deal with. Ladies on reception were welcoming and attentive. Would recommend to others local to Brighton.

I had to quickly search for a GP clinic as my stomach pain had not stopped since yesterday.
Most of the clinics weren't taking any new patients nor walk-ins which made it hard, but North Brigton medical took me in as a new patient, and I was even able to make a same day booking.
The receptionist Sue was super helpful, and Dr Robert was very thorough and knowledgeable. They made me feel like I was taken care of in the right hands.

First visit today and we saw Nurse Nicole for baby immunisations. We couldn’t of had a better experience. Nicole is the most caring Nurse I have ever come across, she was amazing with little one and also so informative. The level of care was exceptional. Thankyou so much.

Good experience but very difficult parking. Almost impossible in fact without planning to arrive up to a half hour earlier.

What a find! The staff are wonderful and happy to be there. Both my sons have been vaccinated there and came away feeling really happy and the lolly pop for my 11 year old helped too!:)

Dr Ingrid Cheong is sooo interested in my health care. She chats, is kind.professional & so understanding of a very young woman.who just turned 70 yrs young & has medical needs that are escalating. Annabelle & the front desk administraters are welcoming, patient & very supportive of my IT Needs. I feel so confidant that my holistic health care is being supported & lead by such a caring holistic team.

My children (5-11 year age group) had their Covid vaccines today and the clinic did an amazing job. It was well organised and super efficient. No complaints from the kids either, in fact they couldn’t believe how quick and painless it was.
We have always had positive experiences at North Brighton Medical and the whole team are friendly and helpful.

We visit North Brighton medical any time we require a doctors appointment. They are fantastic with children and babies. They always make us feel extremely comfortable in the doctors rooms and with Nicole the nurse. I can’t speak highly enough of this medical centre and will continue to go there for my children and for myself. Highly recommend.

New location is very welcoming. Front yard design makes you very relaxed. Best COVID vaccine clinic in Brighton, they even have a coffee van playing music and selling snacks when you’re waiting

Amazing GP’s at a super warm and friendly practice. Nurses are amazing and supportive too. Couldn’t be any better if they tried! Would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Always get amazing service here and our GP Ingrid Chung is never rushed and takes the time to explain everything that you are concerned about.

The reception staff were great and the preliminaries were all fine. However I left after being told the doctor would be with me shortly and then waiting for 15 minutes with no approximation of how much longer she would take. Being on time for an appointment is a two-way street.

He was very professional and helpful during my visit.

Incredibly efficient, welcoming and thoughtful staff approach to helping young people get the Covid Vaccine. Publicly thanking and congratulating each of them. Loved the music and coffee cart too!

Came here for my second jab today, having never been before and I cannot believe how friendly, helpful and incredibly lovely all of the staff were. No one was in a bad mood! Every single interaction left me feeling positive and calmed my nerves. I just wanted the staff to know that the positivity really helped calm my nerves and made me feel safe and cared for. The staff here are absolutely incredible and I just wanted to let them know how much it was appreciated!
