Nike Melbourne Central

Never get acknowledged by staff when I go in.
Twice in the past week waited for over 15 minutes trying to get service, never acknowledged. This is during non peek times as well.

Went to the Nike Store In Melbourne Central today and was served by Winston and Kyle. They were really nice, welcoming and helpful with everything. Would recommend visiting this store.

If you want something you saw on the Nike website and think you can get it in the store, chances are slim and very likely they don't have it. Simply place your order online, and it will be delivered to your home within a week - direct from Belgium or Netherlands warehouse.

We were served by Kylie and she was so amazing. She went to an off site location to get the size we needed and was so friendly and accommodating. I would travel from South East Suburbs to this store for the customer service.

Kylie, the store manager was very good with what she holds and was very knowledgeable about the procedures.

The team members in store also were very helpful. Would highly recommend Nike Melbourne Central.

First experience was amazing 2017-18 wish I could remember the guys name he was more than informative and helpful, but the last visit 2022 I'll stick to online purchases as people dont look at you sideways or leave you feeling uncomfortable or profiled online.

I shop at Nike a lot and I needed a new pair of running shoes just in the last week. Your staff were very friendly after a long wait and they gave me all the required information and support.

Best nike /Jordan store in Melbourne, they always get the best sneakers drop and the new Jordan store downstairs is stunning, friendly staff always happy to chat and help. One of the staff member Antonio is always helpful and knows his stuff about sneakers, def recommended a visit!

Just bad experience, firstly I do appreciate the staffs’ service. However, I purchased two items with 20% Black Friday member discount at ground floor where face to library. (one of the item had 50% off already, another one is original price) Their system could find my membership number, he tried few times but didn’t work, I had my membership account more than 7 years and have no issue in the other Nike store. Even I showed my member QR code to him, seems he is not familia with that. After I paid for it, I realise one of the discount product can’t combine with Black Friday promotion, I am totally understand that, so I asked if I can pay it separately. He was being like impatient “you can’t use two offer, separately still doesn’t work, go for it if you want to try” The question is I don’t why he need to take off the 50% off sticker. After that I went to first floor and ask the other staff to check if it is still 50% off, IT DOES, as the other items on the shelf still on sales. I understand that it might be annoying for the staff to separately a payment, but as consumer, of course we want to purchase the products with the best offer. Therefore I just refund it, I happy with the store and excited for the Nike by you coming to there, just a bad experience.

My fav store of all time. Absolutely lovely staff members there that are more than helpful. Super attentive staff and various selection of clothings, shoes… you name it. Brilliant

Just want to say this is the best Nike shop in Australia, the service the staff are the best! Nicole the manger is amazing alwys looking after her customers, come to Antonio if you need jordan stuff he’s the man for it, but I must say there all lovely

My experience at Nike Melbourne central was fruitful and enjoyable thanks to the welcoming and warm service provided by the staff. In particular, i would like to commemorate and point out Antonio as one of the particular staff members who have really allowed me to come back to the store 5 plus times. As a member who has spent a decent amount of money, i have always come back to try and see Antonio due to his service from day one. Coming back to the store again today, i was served by Antonion with friendliness and an inviting personality. MIND YOU! I have and still thankfully work in the retail industry, i have been there for 5 years on going, so i can tell when i see and have been given service. So i would like to say that the Nike team overall has been extremely friendly when Antonio is also not there. They have been helpful and awesome to hang around with in the store. 5 star service from Antonio, i will be definitely be coming back more often as a Nike Member, and i will definitely be looking out for this friendly gentleman. I love Nike and the product. I hate to say this but most of the staff there just have no clue! I am a runner and asked for running pants, looked at the swing tags and these said training. So I "asked" for some assistance and asked for running pants. Shop assistance "everything is the same thing" ~ thanks for your help.

Nice store with friendly staff ready to help out even a few minutes before store close. Didn't get mad when a few sizes of shoe needed to be tried on and was as helpful as they could be.

It's Nike so don't expect bargain bin prices but if you're looking for Nike gear it's a great place to go.

Came in to store to purchase clothing, was in store for a proximately 10 minutes nobody serve me the girls were just talking Among themselves that the weekend and a man just keep coming in-and-out of back room. Bad customer service I will never come here again be where other customers

Always great to shop there, great customer service staff always helpful and friendly. It’s my preferred Nike shop.

Poor service + lack of customer care. Store didn't have bags on hand either, and didn't care to seek out a bag to put our purchased items in. Employee instead choose to blame their manager/other employees & another nike store. Went to the Adidas store to get bag to put our boxes of shoes & clothing in.

Nicole and Tony are the best employee there is in Nike. Their attitude and charisma is so good that I feel that I could make their store my second home. All staff there are really friendly and amazing. They all make you feel welcome.
