Worst service ever. Had to ask for help while 2 staff just stood around laughing at each other. When we finally got the shoe and size and went to pay to be told oh they're not on special. Good service and good staff are so hard to find these day's.

I want to express my appreciation for Paul's outstanding assistance during our shoe-shopping experience at Nike. His friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Paul's willingness to go the extra mile in helping us find the right pair of shoes, coupled with his genuine friendliness, truly set a positive tone for our entire visit. We left the store not only with a great pair of shoes but also with a positive and memorable impression of the exceptional service provided by Paul.

I was looking for a pair of jordan 1s and troy was helping me perfectly finding the right pair considering my color matching and so on. He also helped choosing the right laces and laced them for me. Was the best service i had so far in a clothing store.

Nike Melbourne Central you have an absolute superstar working at your store. I have never come across any human with the customer service skills that Troy possesses. What a legend. You made my families shopping experience there today epic. My little guy bought his first Jordan’s and Troy took the time to make him feel very special. Showed him how to tie the laces right and how to pull them off easily. Thanks Troy. It’s been decades since I’ve come across a young man with such great people skills. Nike is lucky to have you.

Visiting Melbourne and stumbled across this Jordan/Nike store. Wow my wife, my 13yr old son AND I were so impressed with the custom shirts and shoes. The guys at the store were. Especially Junior, he was such a great kid. He was so helpful and patient with our decisions and when asked for directions, he walked us out to make sure we understood which way we had to go.

Amazing place and staff. We bought my daughter, my son and my niece shoes here and the staff were very patient in assisting us with questions and requests. That's why we get all our nike needs here. Just in front of the tram station!

This is a flagship store, come on, not all models are available and if it is available then sizes not available. A brand shop should have all of it's merchandise in all sizes in stock always. Otherwise it is just another shop.

Ignored by the first round of employees upon entering from Swanston street who were too busy trying to put together one mannequin and me, my second time being in there, so confused about this store thinking it was a mini nike store devoted to Michael Jordan this week and mainly geared towards males, made me feel like I did not belong in there. I thought I better go to the emporium where it’s bigger with more selections and they actually help me when I step in there. After a slight awkward encounter with a mighty tall girl which eventually led me upstairs to where apparently the rest of the store is, you rescued me with your cheery and very knowledgeable disposition. I love every single purchase made yesterday and wanted to thank you for saving this shopping trip Kylie! I may return to this store after all in the future.

Love the jordan level of this store! I wish all nike stores were like this, but unfortunately not. Hoping this style of store rolls out country wide. Kyle does a great job in the store and is great with customers. Look forward to my next trip to melbourne so can visit the store again.
