The short blonde hair guy at the cashier started to talk on his microphone to other staff members and they were watching our every move, we felt very uncomfortable and left.
Went to your competitor and we were welcomed and served with a smile and respect.
Australia is a multi cultural country now. Maybe the staff there needs more training in customer service.
