Great staff.
Went in to buy a pair of shoes today. My assistant Dan went above and beyond his customer service. He realised the pair of shoes he originally brought out for me were dirty, and so he ran to the warehouse (around a 15min wait) to grab a fresh pair for me.
What shocked me even more was he did all of this with a bad left arm!
Definitely coming back.
Called last week and today about a new release and I spoke to customer service as the store was a bit busy. The lady was very friendly and nice and then the store called back as one of the guys from customer service told them to call me and the lady from the store who phoned me back was very nice and friendly. Gave me all the information I needed. Very positive and on point experience now I just need to wait to get the shoes when they release.

Had the most amazing experience with Charlotte this afternoon, roughly 4: 23pm. Got my hands on - the new up and coming panda nikee dunks. The shoe fitted and she complimented so well on. Put my shoes on hold for me, so they wouldn’t sell. Immaculate service and will definitely be back. Thanks again Charlotte. So much.

After having an appalling experience at JD sports, Row came to save the day. He went out of his way to solve a problem I was having and I’m so thankful he was there. I will never buy anything from JD again but I will always come back to Nike Highpoint now. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
Not much to say really, as soon as I walked in the door I felt comfortable and felt that I would be guided in the right direction to make the right choice to purchase.
Around 1: 50 PM today I decided to buy a new Jordan shoe but female staff at the cash counter’s expression is mean and talks rude. Her attitude makes me felt not purchase. Other male staff is good and welcoming. Thank you
I went to buy gift card but walked away without it. The young lady on front counter was very helpful, but I learnt that I could not use the gift card at any store. This was of no use to me as I wanted it for a friend in Prahran, then I learnt I could not use it in Chapel St.
Very disappointing
Pretty horrible customer service skills, I wanted to buy a pair of shoes at the start of the day and was ready to purchase however the staff member said it was fine to keep it on hold till the end of the day and I even asked are you sure as they were kids jordan lows. He said yes that’s fine, and asked for my name as well. I come back a few hours later to purchase the shoes and now the lady at the register says they have been sold, and she was the one that sold it despite it being on hold with my name. Then proceeds to tell me the staff member has gone home and nothing she can do. She was rude, told me no stores have it at all nothing can be done when it wasn’t my fault. How can a staff member not know what the rules are when me as a customer even double checked and said you don’t put Jordan’s on hold and he said no that’s fine I’ll do it. My name was written on the box and she still proceeded to sell the shoes. I would like to take this higher up because I was treated with pretty bad customer service I got yelled at by saying there’s nothing she can do despite me talking to her politely. Pretty horrible coming form Nike. I would suggest training your staff correctly or Atleast have decent communication skills.
Manager Jess was rude, condescending, abrupt, unprofessional & unfriendly.
She needs to be retrained to learn better customer service skills & first lesson of being a manager is learning how to diffuse client’s anger not fuelling it with the bad attitude & rotten words. In all honesty, every other staff in the store was amazing like Aby, another white male & bful short lady with the dark hair. Jess, perhaps you may want to learn the customer skills from your staff members.
An employee by the name Natalie I believe served me and I was very disappointed in the service. I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed by her. Her attitude was unfriendly, it felt like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to serve me.
Great store and super friendly staff and very professional. I dealt with jess and she was absolutely amazing.
To return an online order, the app asked to come here, the store here denied they are even the same company. Manager here jess, was rude and zero customer service skills.
The service is very disappointing. The staff couldn’t be bothered providing the customer with a good shopping experience. Lacking of basic customer service skills. Lift your game, Nike.

Certain times of day you can walk around nearly the only person there. Nike itself needs to get brighter /more colourful.
